Located on beautiful Cape Haze peninsula on Oyster Creek lagoon which feeds into Lemon Bay. Large unit (1384sq/ft) on the 1st floor. It’s a small condo complex (only 28 units). The unit is very clean, like new. All new appliances including washer & dryer.
The unit has an incredible water view. It's very bright with good morning light. Lanai has separate entrance to a private patio that is suitable for sunning or barbecuing. Master suite has 2 walk-in closets and a large bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk in shower. It has a private door to the lanai.
There is a 164ft transient dock (on a first come basis). Community pool. Minutes to the Gulf of Mexico with no bridges to deal with. 8mi to Boca Grande, 5mi to Englewood Beach, many fine restaurants within a few miles.
You can drop your kayak in the water right out your back door or walk to the nearby Cedar Point wildlife preserve, which is visible from the lanai.
It's a great place to kick back and enjoy the Florida lifestyle.
