  We stayed here for a four-night ski vacation with me, my husband, our 10-year-old, 2-year-old, my mother-in-law and our two dogs. It was a wonderful trip and this condo was the perfect home base. As other reviews have mentioned, it is within walking distance of the best grocery store in town. We were out the door and at the Coonskin Lift in five minutes. The walk to the gondola and most bars/restaurants in downtown is about 10 minutes. The condo had everything we needed and great storage space on the first floor for all of our ski/snowboard gear. Our truck didn't fit in the garage, but street parking wasn't difficult to find. The nearby school proved to be a great place to go throw the tennis ball for our dogs. I believe this is mentioned in the description, but this condo is on three levels and you really need to access all three levels throughout the day. My MIL definitely got a little winded and we found ourselves trying to limit her trips up and down. The adventurous 2-year-old handled the stairs like a champ, and there were baby gates available if need be. There were tons of kids around (some locals, some tourists) of our 10-year-old to play with, so he was happy. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to come back in the summer.

  Very nice, well equipped and well stocked condo. Had an issue with the washer and Jennifer made heroic efforts to make things right. Convenient to grocery, shuttle, and Coonskin lift 7. My best VRBO experience yet!

  We would like to thank Jennifer and her husband for a wonderful time in Telluride. Our second trip to this gorgeous town. We couldnt asked for a lovlier place to stay and so close to everything. Peaceful and quiet, just awesome. Jennifer was very gracious and everything we needed was taken care of. The caretaker of the property was super kind. Thank you again for making our stay terrific.   This is the 2nd year we stayed at this property. Once again it worked out perfectly. The place is well equipped for children, as we have a 2 year old. Backbacks and baby gates included. It's very well equipped with everything you would need. We hope we can make it out again next year, and would definitely stay here again. Why mess with a good thing!

  This is the perfect rental in Telluride! It has upscale furnishings, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of heat, a feeling of luxury throughout. The owner, Jennifer, is very responsive and the place was immaculate. It is an easy walk to Coonskin lift #7 (even for kids) and to a well-stocked grocery store. We'll definitely stay here again when back in Telluride.

  We had a wonderful late February stay at Jennifer's condo. The condo was comfortable, well-equipped and attractive and was conveniently located near a shuttle stop, a chair lift and not far from the gondola. Next time we're in Telluride, we'll want to stay here.

  We stayed at this property for a week in February, 09 and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Everything was clean and modern, and the property owner helpful and accessible. We would stay here again!

  Thanks so much to Jennifer--a real treat to communicate with. The condo is wonderful and we loved the steam shower. What a beautiful view and a beautiful town with great people. I would highly recommend renting this condo--it has everything you need and then some.

  Beautiful townhouse! We have rented in the town of Telluride before, and this is by far the best property we have come across. Great layout and well-appointed, this townhouse is the perfect retreat.

  Thoroughly enjoyed the condo.Tastefully decorated with a great kitchen for gourmet meals and real wine glasses. The garage was great for easy parking during the Bluegrass Festival when the town parking was limited. I would definately stay here again.
