Newly built in the spring of 2007 and furnished three bedroom, three level townhome with three full baths including a jetted tub and steam shower. High end appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, cherry floors, gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, etc. The home is one block from Lift #7 in the Town of Telluride which means you are approx 5 blocks to the center of town, one block from skiing and about 10 blocks from Town Park (festival scene.) There is a garage with a heated drive (no shoveling!). This is a beautiful, new townhome ready to be enjoyed. Very kid friendly neighborhood!! Responsible pet owners with friendly, potty trained pets okay with deposit.

Telluride is a very active high altitude area. Hiking and biking trails abound!! There is a fitness center one block away offering daily memberships. The Telluride Town Park is within walking distance (free town bus available also) and has an ice skating rink (skate rentals), hockey rink, and nordic skate-skiing trails during winter. In summer, the park has a community pool with lifeguards, tennis courts, horseshoes, volleyball and basketball courts, and a stage for our festival season featuring Bluegrass, Blues & Brews, Shakespeare, Wine Festival, etc.
