We stayed in the condo for two weeks this year - after a thoroughly enjoyable long weekend in 2011. It easily accommodated 6 guests - all the amenities we needed were on hand - comfortable cozy bedrooms - well appointed bathrooms, and ideal lounge and dining room for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Brilliantly located for Beaver Creek and Vail easily accessible too. The proximity to the shops could not have been bettered. The heated underground parking is a definite plus. Lynn was a pleasure to deal with - no question too trivial - we definately will book again!

What a beautiful condo. It was the perfect size for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The living room is very cozy with a gas fireplace and beautiful view. We watched the sky change the colors of the mountains as the sun came up each morning. The creek running right by the condo made us feel like we were in the woods, yet we could walk to dinner, grocery and shopping in 2 minutes. The photos cannot show how very nicely appointed this condo is. Soft, fluffy bedding, pretty matching bath towels, kitchen full of spices, linen napkins…all extras that you need to feel like you are home, not in a rented space. We loved that there was an IPOD docking station, so we could listen to music while making dinner. The location is excellent. We rented ski equipment right in Edwards, very convenient. We LOVED the garage for keeping the car warm and dry. Beautiful place. Lynn was very easy to work with and available for any questions we had. Thanks for making us feel at home!

This condo was great--exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. All the amenities met or exceeded the listing and expectations. We had more than enough space and privacy for the 4 of us. The condo was in a perfect location for our snowmobiling and dog sledding adventures--close to everything, but set back in a beautiful area next to the Eagle River. There is a walking/bike trail next to the River as well. A grocery store, Starbucks, French bakery, pizza and other nice shops and restaurants are just steps away. The owner was extremely helpful, pleasant, and responsive. We would definitely recommend this condo to others and would stay here again next time we return to Colorado.

Great Place to Stay and Ski

This is a terrific condo to ski from to Beaver Creek, Vail and Copper where we stayed and skied for two weeks. Less than 5 minutes from Arrowhead parking lot access to Beaver Creek; 15 minutes to Vail and 35 minutes to Copper. Terrific access (100 yards) to Edwards town center with many good restaurants, ski rentals, grocery story and everything you need. Condo is very well maintained--kitchen has everything you need including spices and all supplies you need. Very nice master bedroom. Other 2 bedrooms are small. Nice living room. Good barbecue grill. Good internet access. Covered parking is wonderful--keeps car warm and snowfree at night. Private ski locker in garage is convenient. Nice view of the creek and open area out of living room window.

Wonderful, clean, cozy condo. We were able to walk along the river to the park where our sons played lacrosse each morning. Close to Starbucks, cute boutiques, you name it this place fit the bill. Lynn was easy to work with and we had all info at our fingertips prior to arriving. Comfy beds, updated decor. You will love it!

Very nice unit right on the river and two minute walk to town. Clean, great balcony, everything you need in the kitchen. Stayed over the 4th of July -awesome fireworks in Avon. Would highly recommend for large family or 2 - 3 couples.

Great location, We ski Beaver Creek and Vail. Very cozy condo. Everything provided to make our stay comfortable. Had a pleasant smell as we arrived back each day. Unlit candles I think. Enjoyed the Riverwalk path near the river, kept a cleared path for walking to restaurants and shops. E-town has 6$ burgers on Tuesday and a wonderful Caesar salad with an added portabella mushroom.

Great place to stay with children! There is a bike path running right next to the condo and a five minute walk will bring you to a very nice childrens playground. The Edwards Riverwalk has everything you could need, including a grocery store, starbucks, and the bookstore which makes the BEST Nutella crepes. Plenty of room for two couples. Comfortable beds and cozy fireplace.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful condo in Edwards. It's in a very good location right next to the Riverwalk shopping complex - which includes restaurants, shops and a grocery and liquor store. The condo was very nicely decorated with lots of spots to sit for meals and relaxing, and it had very comfy beds. We will definitely be returning for future trips. Thank you!

We had a GREAT time! As a matter of fact, I think we all have fallen in love with the area! We were really sad to leave. Beaver Creek was one of the nicest places I have ever been. I couldn't believe how friendly everyone was. The condo is great and is in a perfect location to get to anything. The snow was awesome. A couple of locals I talked to said this was the best snow they had in the last 10 years. We can't wait go go back there someday.

First of all I must say what a pleasure it was to deal with these owners, they were such nice and helpfull people.The condo was probably the nicest we stayed in, in all the years we have been travelling to the vail/edwards area. It is well positioned and has all the essential amenities close to hand. We have two small children and they loved the walk along the river to the well equiped very snowy !!! park. We went to the cinema,sampled all the local restaurants and spent lots of dollars in starbucks!!!!! The underground garage is a life saver and avoids wasting time snow and ice scrapping. On the whole I would recommend this property to anyone and I will definitely be returning in the future.

My Wife and I stayed at this condo with our 2 year old daughter. The condo is very nicely appointed and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the view from the condo and balcony. Vail was just a 15 minute drive and we spent most evenings in Edwards. The area has really grown and has great restaurants and night life. You can walk to the grocery store and movie theater. We had a great time! Thanks again!

I wanted to post a comment to let you know what a wonderful time my family and I had on our vacation. The condo was beyond our expectations and had everything we needed. The fireplace was great after a long day on the mountain. River Walk, which was a two minute walk from the condo, had fantastic restaurants and shops. We realized what a big advantage the covered parking was at the condo because we did not have to scrape ice or shovel snow off our car. The owners were a pleasure to deal with in booking the condo and were attentive to any questions we had during our stay. Beaver Creek was a short five minute drive and Vail was only fifteen minutes away. I definitely recommend this condo to any of my family or friends. We are already planning our trip for next year!

Wow! What a fantastic place. My husband and I stayed for a five day trip after Christmas and had a fabulous time. The condo was in a perfect location. We were able to walk to Main Street (a restaurant and bar), E Town, the grocery store, and all the shops. We were 15 min. from Vail and only 5 from Beaver Creek. The condo itself was decorated very nicely and we had everything we needed. We are already making plans to go again next year and staying in this great condo.

This condo is wonderful, great shopping nearby as well as amazing restaurants and bars. E-Town (local Restaurant/Bar) is extremely fun and great atmosphere. Everything you will needs is included in this beautifully decorated paradise. I snowboarded for 4 days and it never took more than 15 minutes from the house to the hill!!!
