The 2nd bedroom has a separate balcony with ocean views! The floorplan is split and very private. The unit is quiet except for the sound of ocean waves.
The unit views the newly developed downtown Jacksonville Beach and is a short commute to the Jax airport, Mayo Clinic,and 30 minutes to downtown Jacksonville.Less than 10 miles to the TPC @ Sawgrass/Home of PGA Tour, 40 minutes to Nation's Oldest City,St. Augustine, & the New World Golf Village.
The beach is quiet and family friendly although a short walk to nightlife and great restaurants. The fishing pier is about 6 blocks down the beach, and can be viewed from the balconies. All new windows, doors, railings, updated baths, and bedding. You'll love the location and keep coming back. Nice pool area...

My sister, Gail, and we (Lynn & Jim) own the condo listing VRBO#115236, which is located on family friendly Jacksonville Beach, Florida. We grew up here and live here, which makes owning a vacation rental easy to manage. We wanted to be able to enjoy the beach ourselves, and share the "salt life" with others. We found the perfect condo at Beachdrifter, what we feel is an ideal beach location on a quiet stretch of beach and walking distance to the pier, Seawalk Pavilion for concerts, and plenty of restaurants and nightlife...We hope you will find what others have by renting from us, a wonderful getaway from hectic living, and keep coming back to make memories..Give us a try, you will not be sorry!!
