This is a beautiful, spacious, executive home. The house is a three-minute walk to the beach and is located in a very nice residential area. Dining, groceries, movie rental, cinema, coffee, and beach are all available minutes away walking.
Ocean glimpses through trees and beautiful gardens and trees on the property. Relax under the shaded patio or sit in the sun in the back yard. Our gardens are filled with rhododendrons, roses, many different flowers, fruit trees (fig, apple, cherry, plum), grape vines, berries, and so much more.
The inside of the home is open and spacious. The kitchen has granite counters and is open to the dining area and living room. Ideal large kitchen for entertaining. The dining area overlooks the back garden. The living room has a cozy fireplace and you can walk out to the covered patio. This is a smoke-free home. To keep the home more comfortable for those with allergies, we do not accept pets.
It features seven bedrooms. The master bedroom has sitting area. Master bath offers a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a two-person jet tub. All bedrooms have high-speed internet available, phone, TV, VCR and/or DVD players.
