Centrally located in the valley of the sun, Phoenix is located within day-trip distances to a large number of renowned sight-seeing locations i.e. Grand Canyon, Tombstone, Flagstaff, Roosevelt Dam, Old Apache Trail, Lake Meade, Superstition Mountains.
Visit old western towns, zoos, wildlife parks, clear mountain lakes and red rock formations. Phoenix also allows for 4-5 hr trips to Disneyland, Seaworld, Rocky Point- Mexico, California beaches, Vegas and unlimited other discoveries to be made.
Specifics:
This condo complex is absolutely in one of the nicest settings you will find. Very different feel than the typical "apartment style" condo that are most prevelant.You may find one a little cheaper,however if on a holiday or on business it is more than worth the extra for the easy access location,beautiful setting,view from the condo,complex ammenities and private and relaxing atmosphere.
You are looking at a ground floor unit with balcony overlooking a large green space which in turn overlooks the pool and hot tub area which is surrounded by mature palm trees. Unlike some complexes, the pool hot tub and fitness center are not constantly busy or over-crowded, many times you may almost have the facilities to yourself.
