From this property, there are wonderful coastline views and sunsets.
**This deluxe second floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is fully furnished with a complete kitchen, dining room, living room and spacious lanai.
**The master bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of closet space, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, and private bathroom.
**The second bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan, and a large closet. It is located next to a second full bathroom. This is also where the washer and dryer are located.
**The kitchen has been recently remodeled with new floor tile, paint, and appliances.
Walk with your Mai Tai to one of the two beautiful cabana areas on property to watch the sunset while relaxing in the hot tub. The cabana areas are complete with heated pool, hot tub, gas bar-b-que grills, and shuffle board. Take a few steps past the pool area and you'll find yourself on the 9th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones, Jr. Waikoloa Village Golf Course. Since you'll be our guests, you will have a special discounted rate for golf. Enjoy a round of golf and then relax with a refreshing cocktail and "pu pu" (appetizer) at the Clubhouse.
Waikoloa Village has everything you need to help you enjoy your stay. Within a half mile there is a grocery store with a bakery and deli, bank, gas station, doctor and dentist offices, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, beauty salon/spa, post office, video rentals, and the Mauna Kea Coffee Company. Be sure to try the "Honu Frappe". YUM!
