In approximately 15-20 minutes by car, you can reach many medieval villages such as Sutri, Trevignano, Calcata, Bracciano, and Sacrofano, all with their narrow streets and typical churches.
Year Purchased: 2003
About the owner: We are a family of professionals involved in an international context. Claudio is an Italian accountant. Dolores is Irish and works as a teacher. They have only one child, Luca. He is a junior university student of economy at IE University in Madrid, of course in English.
They live in a villa near Villa Cassia and are always at your disposal to make your stay unforgettable and peaceful.
Why the Owner Chose Formello: Villa Cassia is rented because it had been built by the owners with high quality materials, and for their son Luca, who is currently studying abroad.
Of course, the decision of building a house for their son near their house has come from the beauty of the environment and from the elegance of the area that, despite being in the countryside, offers all the comforts of an urban area.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa: We built this villa to give it the charm of a real typical Roman farmhouse, with small features in terracotta, combining tradition and the efficiency of technology and well-being.
