This condominium is in the center of the complex on the 9th floor, unit #919, and the balcony overlooks both pools as well as the beach. Being located in the center of the building gives absolutely the best views of the pool, tiki hut, grounds and beaches that other units can't achieve. Relax and watch your family play by the pool (or just people watch!)
Being only two doors East of the elevator allows for easy transit through the building but without the noise from them. From the ninth floor, you have a completely unobstructed panaromic view of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches both East and West. You will also see the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine! Nearby attractions such as Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum and 4-D theatre, Shipwreck Island Water-Amusement Park, several putt-putt golf courses, arcades, go-carts and other entertainment provide great fun and relaxation in addition to the beach. The restaurants on Panama City Beach are excellent, the night life has movie theaters, bowling, shopping and two of the largest night clubs for you to choose from- the World Famous Club LaVela and the local favorite-Spinnaker, are both right next door.
Back inside the condominium, one full bath and one half bath make getting ready a breeze. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal or make a snack to take with you to the beach or enjoy a quiet night's dinner in. The washer and dryer right in the room is an added convenience that not all units at the Summit have.
The master suite with its King Size Bed is very comfortable and there are bunk beds in the hallway with separate curtains for privacy and for extra guests, the couch is a sofa sleeper and it makes into a nice queen-size bed. If your looking at other Summit units, Please be sure to ask where in the building they are located. We purposely sought out this unit for our purchase strictly for its location. Also, Please check your fees. Our unit prices include ALL FEES, EVEN CLEANING!
