Absolutely gorgeous view of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches from your own private balcony. This condominium is in the center of the complex on the 9th floor, unit #919 (close to elevator), and the balcony overlooks both pools as well as the beach. Being located in the center of the building gives absolutely the best views of the pool, tiki bar, grounds and beaches that other units can't achieve. Relax and watch your family play by the pool (or just people watch!) Playground available on the beach.
Being only two doors East of the elevator allows for easy transit through the building but without the noise from them. From the ninth floor, you have a completely unobstructed panaromic view of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches both East and West. You will also see the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine! Just look at the photos...
This unit is fully furnished and equipped for you to have the best vacation possible. If you have forgotten to pack anything there is a small store on sight for your convenience. Spend your time relaxing and enjoying the World's Most Beautiful Beaches! Whether its enjoying the hot tubs, playing on the beach, lounging at the pool, sitting at the full service Tiki Hut pool-side bar watching your favorite sport on the large TV or eating at Bikini Bob's pizza and sandwich shop, you and your guests are sure to enjoy your vacation.
We are local and have extensive knowledge of the beaches and take pride in our condo. We have included everything to make your stay remarkable. Should you need anything or have questions about the area, a simple phone call to us will bring immediate results!
Nearby attractions such as Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum and 4-D theatre, Shipwreck Island Water-Amusement Park, several putt-putt golf courses, arcades, go-carts and other entertainment provide great fun and relaxation in addition to the beach. The restaurants on Panama City Beach are excellent, the night life has movie theaters, bowling, shopping and two of the largest night clubs for you to choose from- the World Famous Club LaVela and the local favorite-Spinnaker, are both right next door.
Back inside the condominium, one full bath and one half bath make getting ready a breeze. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal or make a snack to take with you to the beach or enjoy a quiet night's dinner in. The washer and dryer right in the room is an added convenience that not all units at the Summit offer.
The master suite with it's King Size Bed is very comfortable and there are bunk beds in the hallway with separate curtains for privacy and for extra guests, the couch is a queen sofa sleeper and it makes into a nice queen-size bed. If your looking at other Summit units, Please be sure to ask where in the building they are located. We purposely sought out this unit for our purchase strictly for its location. Also, Please check your fees. Our unit prices include ALL FEES, EVEN CLEANING!

I agree one of the nicest condo's at the Summit right in the middle 9th floor doesn't get any better than that. The rooms were clean the owner was very helpful with a few questions I had. Bikini Bob's always a fun place right on the grounds for all your tasty treats. Looking forward to booking again in the future great place to have fun in the sun.

I did spring break with my daughter and 4 additional 17 year olds. The condo was perfect. Spring break is really an event and as the responsible adult, I was grateful for the security provided. You must have a wristband for entrance to the property-it was enforced-and that really curbs wild parties there. Yes, the view is incredible. Yes, the condo was clean, well-kept, and pleasant. The washer-dryer was wonderful and there was more than enough room for all of us to find a space for our stuff for the week. Three girls got the master bed, 2 in the bunks, and I got the livingroom-no girls stuff allowed-which meant we had a wonderful spacious clean and uncluttered (5 girls remember?) area to enjoy for all of us. The beach area was beautiful and the girls were right next to the nightclub next door that provided music and cool stuff during the day beachside. Probably the last trip this mom will be allowed for spring break!, but I would highly recommend this unit for any vacation. Don't miss the life event of spring break in Panama City either!!
Owner response:She was right about the all girls part....one week and 12 rolls of TP later...LOL....the condo was left in great shape!! If it were not for the missing TP (toilet paper) we would have thought it was empty for the week!! Attention all spring breakers....Mom's (or dad)can be a "good" thing to bring with you!! Remember, they like to have fun too!

I came on my senior trip to Panama City Beach, FL with my four friends and this is a really nice condo. I loved the location, ride beside the elevator and right in the central part of the Summit. The partying was a little too crazy but thats Memorial Day for you. If you're going to talk about condo wise, this is top notch for the price. Thanks again!

The best part about staying in this unit was the owners. They live in Panama City and have all their life. If we wanted to know anything about where to eat, shop, party or just hang out-we just called them from the unit and we had an inside scoop on the beach!! I really loved the resort, everyone was friendly and the food was good too! I liked the fact that we were not too high up but high enough for a spectacular view-and the sunsets...AWESOME!!!

WOW!! What a sunset!!! What a view....we were right in the middle of the resort and could see everything!!! My wife liked how clean the place was...from the condo down to the restrooms at poolside!! We will definitely be back...the owners were local and were very helpful!!
