Our lovely beach home is available for your vacation in paradise. It is directly on the Gulf of Mexico and you walk out to sandy beaches that are at your door and only steps to the water.
The large open Key West styled house has just been completely remodeled and decorated. Large windows allow viewing the beach and gulf from the great room and the master bedroom. This home has a true southern exposure that allow for sunrise and sunset viewing plus a front row seat for the native birds that visit each day.
On the lower level the galley kitchen is all brand new and state of the art with glass cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Black granite breakfast bar seats four, along with a dining area. It is fully equipped for your dining pleasure. Large windows allow a fantastic view of the beach and have plantation shutters for privacy.

The location is on the south end of Estero Island in Ft Myers Beach and is on the beach with undisturbed views of Lover Key, Sanibel and Big Carlos Pass. Everything you need to make this your home is provide, just bring your clothes and food. Santini Plaza is within walking distance with restaurants, shops of all kinds and a marina for boat rentals. The Bay Beach Executive Golf Course is also within walking distance.
Monthly rentals have a cleaning service availabile, both weekly and monthly rentals include cleaning upon moving out at a minimal charge.
