This cottage was exactly as described. The place was clean, well-maintained, and in a very pleasant neighborhood. It was an easy walk or drive to many restaurants and sights. I was a little concerned that it wasn't air conditioned, but we didn't need it at all. The owner is on-site but never intrusive. She was there when we needed her, but respected our privacy absolutely. There was a well-equipped kitchen and the bed was comfortable. Wherever you want to go on the Cape, it's an easy drive from here. We recommend it without hesitation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.

My husband, dog, and I enjoyed a long weekend in this lovely cottage. Our in-laws, also with a dog, had booked a place nearby but quickly fell in love with our location (and will book here for future visits). The cottage is spacious and has most anythng one could want or need. Suzy is fabulous--accommodating and helpful. There is a huge area in the woods behind the cottage which is a perfect warm weather retreat complete with hammock and chairs. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this place for a Cape vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.

This is a wonderful cottage and the homeowner is very accommodating and such a nice lady. The listing accurately describes the property. This was my first time renting in Cape Cod and we were definitely nervous, but it was very homey and easy to relax here. It's very centrally located and easy to get anywhere you need or want to go on the cape. There is another 2-bedroom unit on the property with a jacuzzi tub and 2 bedrooms that was very cute as well. We visited during a heat wave and there is no air conditioning in the cottage however there are plenty of fans. I knew this but visiting friends in the past air conditioning is not usually needed on Cape Cod.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We spent a week there. Everything is like in the pictures. No luxury at all. Simple and practical. The atmosphere is lovely and you are at a walking distance to many nice places. Very good if you have a dog. Anyway, if you can choose the townhouse, it worth it. It's bigger, newer and nicer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, families with young children.
Owner response: Thank you Sergio for the nice response. Sergio with wife and 2 children stayed in the cottage which only has 1 bedroom, but has a large 15'X20' living/dining room. The difference between the two rentals is that the townhouse has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, one with a Jacuzzi and is $150 more a week. Suzy
