  After spending 7yrs at Hilton Head Isle , it became obvious for us to move up coast and get away from the exploding population of vacationers. My wife and I decided a change was due for our summer getaway. When we arrived at Sea Brook Island ,what impressed us was how quiet and picturesque it was on the drive in . Upon our arrival at Pelican Watch property # 115316 ,we were very happy with the large living area and gourmet kitchen.Everything was perfect. We felt very much at home.The two balconies gave a great view of the ocean which I might add was a stone throw away. Dinners in the evenings on the balcony ,listening to the surf as the sun set and gazing at the panoramic view of the stars with the occasional shooting star ,was spectacular .Plus the deer on the beach in the early morning . We saw porpoise ,sharks being fished and shrimpers troll by 2-3 times a day. The beach was powdery and allows you to walk a good distance. After 7 years at Hilton Head , we finally experienced a turtle nest boiling and watched the young loggerheads scoot to the ocean under the moonlite. It was so surreal . All in all , our 2 week stay was awesome. .

  Our family has been going to Seabrook for decades. For the first time we stayed at this Pelican Watch Villa. The view and the natural light were fantastic! It was well appointed and up-to-date in terms of layout and amenities. Our family of five had a great time and we will return to this unit in years to come!! It a wonderful place!!

  We found our stay at this villa to be perfect. The villa itself is well decorated, top of the line appliances, plenty of room and very comfortable. Since I am quite a beach snob, the view is very important to me and I was not disappointed. We hope to return!

  Just got back literally hours ago and wanted to say how truly amazing this villa really is! Amazing sunrises and sunsets! Perfect location!!!!! Loved the double decks! Very cool sound room! The steam shower and garden tub were wonderful! The most up-to-date kitchen! I almost don't want to let anyone know how great this place is!!!!!!!! Were officially spoiled, and we will be back!!!!!!!!

  We spend a good deal of time in and around Kiawah and Seabrook and this villa is one of the better units we have stayed in. A prime location with awesome views of the ocean featuring a surprise sunset view off the balconies (due to the westward positioning of Seabrook Island). Additionally, the villa is a converted double unit, so the open floor plan and access to an enlarged living space make this ideal for families. The kitchen is upgraded with high-end appliances and a large eating area. The master bath features a bidet and relaxing steam shower- a real treat.

  We have been visiting Seabrook Island for nearly 13 years and love the Pelican Watch area. This villa was perfect for our visit. It was decorated so nicely and provided all the comforts of home. We enjoyed being able to be on the beach in a couple of minutes. Sunsets on the deck were a priority of ours, so peaceful and perfect. In fact, my sister and I both have used our photo of the Seabrook Sunset as our iPad wallpaper! This is a wonderful villa and we have already booked a trip to return in September.

  My wife and I rented this villa for the second time. We stayed two weeks this year. We find the villa and the location to be ideal for our winter get away. The villa is spacious, well appointed, comfortable and provides us a very relaxing time away from the stresses of our normal lives. We love the view from the decks, the sunsets are magnificent. We enjoy bike riding and walking on the vast beaches. I love both of the golf courses within walking distance. We love that Charleston is close on those evenings when we want to go out for dinner but we also appreciate having the option to "dine in" by preparing our own meals in the elegant kitchen. I personally love the steam shower. I used it every day. We also enjoy having a large guest room as we often invite our friends to join us.

  I stayed at this villa over New Year's weekend and it was wonderful. My parents live on Seabrook and we were in town visiting them. Typically when we come we spend a night in Charleston for a "date night" and this year decided to get a villa on the water. We stayed at a double unit like this one when we were married on Seabrook and wanted the same type of villa. This villa is well decorated and has high end finishes. The master bath is wonderful with a jacuzzi tub and the most amazing shower. The shower head is to die for and there is even a steam function which creates a sauna. The kitchen has everything you could need to entertain and has the most amazing view from the windows that spread across the entire unit. The location of the Pelican Watch villas is in my opinion the best on the island. I travel 2 to 3 times a year and have watched many sunsets throughout the Caribbean and Mexico and there is no better place to watch the sunsets than this beach. It is also great for watching dolphins. The views are great from the double balconies and you can watch the sunset from them. We also spent several hours at night out there under the stars which was absolutely beautiful. The club is also right down the road from this villa where you have several dining options and great golf. Check-in was very easy and the office is at Resort Quest which is just outside of Seabrook at Freshfields Village. We had such a great time that we will definitely look to stay here again. We are coming back in April for the Cooper River Bridge Run and I am already working on my husband for another stay. Hopefully this time we can stay longer than a weekend!!
