Beautifully furnished and decorated, this home boasts four bedrooms, two full baths, sleeps eight comfortably and has all the amenities to make your vacation pure fun. Step outside and the fun continues! Swim in the large pebble tec pool, soak in the hot tub or fire up the built-in outdoor barbecue. There is tons of patio space for dining and hanging out making it the perfect house for entertaining or relaxing. The backyard is huge and there is plenty of grass for the kids to play on or for your dogs (any size!) to enjoy. There are citrus, palm and ficus trees along with flowers and other greenery making the backyard a true paradise.
Inside, the master suite has a king bed and the other bedrooms have queens, all with top-of-the-line pillowtop mattresses. Each room is spacious and cozy. Why stay in a hotel when you can have it all in your own private home?
Conveniently located off the freeway near Deer Valley Road and 87th Avenue, great restaurants, movie theaters, shopping destinations and entertainment facilities are close by. The Peoria Sports Complex and Arrowhead Mall are both within 5 miles. Cardinals Stadium and Glendale Arena are just fifteen minutes; Surprise Stadium is also nearby. Lake Pleasant is an easy drive. Fletcher Heights is a great area, and so close to the Peoria Sports Center, the Surprise Stadium and Tennis Center, Westgate and tons of great golf courses and other recreational activities that I wanted to open a primo vacation rental in the area. When I found this house, I knew it was perfect!
