Island Princess Unit #604 - Vacation in a beautifully decorated, two bedroom, two bath Condominium on the sixth floor of a seven-story complex directly facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a heated pool, an immaculately clean hot tub and two complementary beach chairs and umbrella only feet from the waters edge.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a firm mattress set and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a sailors touch in decor. Both have their own television. Enjoy the colorful living area with high-end, comfortable furnishings. A well equipped kitchen overlooks the living area and gorgeous balcony. The master bedroom has a balcony entrance and the great view of the beach. Breaking surf can be heard from the master to lull one to sleep.
A concrete fishing pier is located only a mile or so down the beach, as are eateries and sports bars. The seven story building limit on Okaloosa Island prevents human grid lock on the beach and allows for easy access to everything.
