Quiet gated condominium complex, conveniently between downtown Naples and Bonita Beach, west of Hwy 41. When you open the door you will find an elegant first floor condominium with a cheery breakfast area as far away from busy roads as you can get. The lanai rests against a quiet preserve making for wonderful bird viewing. The only sound is falling water. The hub-bub of the City is long gone.
The condominium is fully equipped for all your needs and wants. The master suite opens onto the lanai. With a gorgeous marble and tile master bath, including jacuzzi and separate glass shower. The lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and is fully tiled. The living and dining areas are well appointed. The dining table will easily hold eight and is adorned with a crystal chandelier. The front bedroom is large and comfortable. The third bedroom has a sofa/bed and can easily be used as a den if you prefer. It has a fully equipped entertainment center. A sound system sends music throughout your vacation condominium. Ceiling fans in each room allow you to enjoy delightful weather in Naples all year round (air conditioning is, of course available for those who must). Single stall garage is included.
The closest beaches are among the best in the country. Delnor Wiggins State Park is one of the best state parks in the country and Vanderbilt and Barefoot beaches have been featured among the best beaches in the country on the Travel Channel.
Nearby activities are limited only by your imagination. Read a book on the quiet lanai. Soak up the rays at the pool or beach. Shop til you drop at one of the many exclusive shopping centers. Golf at one of the 100 nearby golf courses. Kayak the Coastal Waterway. Deep sea fish. Buy shrimp from the shrimp boats at Ft. Myers Beach. Explore the everglades at Corkscrew Preserve or one of the many everglade airboat tours. Take a ferry to Key West. Line your suitcase with shells from the beach. Wonderful performances are a must at the nearby arts center. Or just take a nap in the shade of your beach umbrella.
