The apartment was exactly as presented in the photos, and the description of the apartment was very accurate. The owners gave excellent directions on how to get there, and the location is very close to many of the great sights in Venice. If we end up in Venice again, we would definitely try to stay here again.

Mon épouse et moi avons passé une semaine excellente à Venise. L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier où il y a de nombreux bons restaurants. Nous avons été très bien reçus. À recommander.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the 2 room apartment. We are a family of four (2 young teenagers) and this apartment worked well for us. It had 2 separate sleeping areas, small but functional kitchen setup, excellent WiFi, and delightfully new and pristine bath/shower. The location is perfect--two short bridges from all the tourists, so quiet, but still close. It is light and bright, between two canals, with one wall looking out onto a garden. Walking away from Grand Canal into Cannaregio you will find good, less expensive restaurants and osterias frequented by locals where regular life is being lived. You are halfway between the train station and St.Mark''s so everything is walkable. Take a traghetti directly across the Grand Canal to the market. Loved it.
