This gorgeous, 2,200 square foot completely furnished home is located on the StoneRidge Golf Course in Prescott Valley. It sports a spacious great room with 2 beautiful, white/off white couches, a recliner facing a gas fireplace, a 62" LCD HDTV with Lifeline cable service included. Basic cable and internet are included.
The Flex Room provides a comfortable leather set including a couch, love seat, a casual chair with ottoman and a 42" Plasma TV and second fireplace for additional relaxation.
The diningroom is equipped with a formal table and 6 chairs; and the spacious kitchen includes lots of granite counters and a large island with bar stools for casual eating.
The formal master bedroom has a Cal-king bed, dresser, chest, 2 night stands with 27" TV with VCR/DVD, and desk. It opens through a sliding glass door unto the patio for nightly star watching and more!
The master bath suite has an executive height two-sink vanity and a occasional side-chair for changing, a spacious shower, and separate jetted tub.
The two additional bedrooms inside the home provide comfortable sleeping with a queen size bed, and 2 twin size beds respectively. Each room has a dresser and a desk, and is close to the second full bath with tub/shower.
The front courtyard with 2 loveseats and a side table makes a great gathering place for a leisurely cup of coffee, newspaper, and fresh Prescott Valley morning air.
The large, backyard covered patio has a table with six chairs, and two recliners with ottomans and BBQ grill for cook-outs.
Nestled in the beautiful hills of the lush golf course, this comfortable haven offers wandering paths, and lovely views as well as the convenience of being close to the StoneRidge Golf Club House and many off-site amenities located in the Prescott and Prescott Valley Areas.
