Our new luxury townhome is located in the exclusive base area Antlers at Lakota community. As a corner unit located at the end of a cul-de-sac and bordering the national forest, this gorgeous home offers an additional measure privacy which is not often found in base area locations. TWO LARGE LIVING AREAS provide lots of room for lots of fun and make Lakota 509 the perfect mountain vacation for large groups or families traveling together. Spectacular views of the Winter Park ski slopes await you from almost every window in the house. Relax and enjoy the large private hot tub located on the lower deck while enjoying the beautiful views of the Colorado mountains!
Our townhome is over 2600 square feet, three levels, 4 bedrooms, including 2 KING MASTER SUITES, 3 1/2 baths, 2 LARGE LIVING AREAS, and sleeps 12 comfortably. An entry level Master Suite is perfect for anyone who might have difficulty with stairs. This unit stands out well above the rest with the 2 large living areas. Perfect for two families or a large group! The unit is equipped with radiant (heated) flooring throughout, attached heated one car garage, washer, dryer, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, Comcast High speed internet and DirecTV/DVD with surround sound systems. Master suites are equipped with DirecTV satellite systems. The dining room table seats eight comfortably.
On the weekends (Fri, Sat & Sun) as well as Holiday weekends there is a free, private, Lakota shuttle that will take you and your family to the Winter Park Ski Resort. Catch the Lakota shuttle less than a block away. Note: The shuttle begins service on December 19th so please call or e-mail us to determine if the shuttle is running if you plan to rely on that service. Alternatively, for a more flexible schedule, our home is also two-tenth's of a mile from the Winter Park "Park and Ride" (2 free parking lots) where an additional free shuttle which shuttles between the Winter Park Ski Base, Winter Park, and Fraser. Or, you can drive about one mile to the base and park in one of several lots.

We just returned home from a week stay. This condo was beyond our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. The rooms were much larger than they appeared. There were 4 adults and 4 children in our group and we had room to spread out and really enjoy ourselves. The location and views can not be beat. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The furniture and linens were very high quality and comfortable. Heather was wonderful to work with. She returned all messages promptly and was very accommodating. We are already checking our calendars to book for next year. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
