Newly remodelled 50's style house in the quiet part of Seaside. This house has many personal touches. Homemade quilts and nice beach accents. Close to beach, across street from city park, two blocks to golf course, three blocks to grocery and local Pub. Pet friendly for your well behaved pouch with fenced yard (no additional charge or fee).
There are four bedrooms; two with one queen bed each and two with two singles each.
All new appliances, also featuring icemaker and disposal for your convenience.
One car garage to store your bikes and beach toys, be sure to mention you want to use it.

You will love Seaside for the same reason we settled here in 1997. There is always something to do for adults and children. Walking on the beach is a favorite, you can also head down to Broadway and ride the horses at the Carousel Mall (my grand-daughters favorite)or grab a cone from one of at least five vendors offering different flavors.
One medium to small dog allowed, please be respectful of home and back yard (dogs left un-attended in house must be in a kennel).

Wonderful, beautifully appointed house for great intergenerational stay. We were here for a month in July of 2011 and the whole family had a great time. It has a gas fireplace and is very comfortable. A big bonus for grandchildren; a fabulous family park across the street. It really does only house 8 people; the sofa is strictly for sitting. The house and beach, which is 3 quick blocks away are in the quiet part of town and an easy walk, bike or drive to the main part of Seaside.

We spent three nights in this home and would definitely return again. Pros: Clean. Close to beach(3 large blocks). Across from small park(Basketball hoop, Swing, Covered Area). Pet Friendly. Mud room. Owner was easy to work with. Cons: Can't mention many as there weren't many. Slight musty smell with pillows. Bar-B-Que wasn't clean(Oh Well!). Street isn't very busy yet people drove to fast(keep an eye on your kids....obviously..... when they cross the street to the park). The beeping refrigerator was annoying yet amusing. The ladies wished for more mirrors in bedrooms so they could primp when bathrooms were busy....whatever!!!!!!

This is my families 3rd stay in this cute, comfortable and quaintly decorated home. It feels like the owners want it to be in the condition they would want if they were to staying as a guest. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a park right across the street. I couldn't say anything negative about this home and the price is affordable in comparison to other rentals in Seaside. I look forward to staying again and again.

Spent two weeks here with our daughter and 3 grandchildren (5-15 yrs old) and absolutely loved it. Easy access to the beach (apprx 4 blocks) and downtown Seaside. House is cozy and well maintained with all the comforts of home. All we had to do was provide the food....We can't wait to come back next year!

Wow! We had a wonderful time at this property. My 2 sisters and mother came to Seaside for our nephews graduation from nursing school in Astoria. They are living in a small apt. so this place was perfect to get everyone together for a meal and visit. The house is bigger than it looks and very clean. The fenced yard was perfect for the small children that visited (and private) and the park across the street was a life saver for the parents! This place has everything you need to ccok inside or out! They even left us soap for washing our clothes and dishes etc...The BBQ was a treat. When family left we had a most peaceful time. Our big surprise was opening the garage to find 4 bikes to ride!!! Since we were at the 'mellow' end of town we did not have to worry about traffic and the board walk was close! Even though we hadn't rode for awhile it peeked our zeal again and now we all want ride more. Also, there are crab pots! This place is perfect for a family with children or not. We will definately come here again. Can't say enough good about this 'Hideaway'. This rental is good for 2 to 8 kids or no kids. Thanks for a wonderful time.

We stayed June 9th-14th 2010. We had a great time. This home is for sure roomy and cozy at the same time. This home is much more roomy than the photos online show! Has all the amentities + that you can imagine. Very easily child proofed. We had our 18 month old twins with us and my 11 month old niece and did not have any problems. The back yard is wonderful! If I had to give the negatives I'd say the only thing was the neighbor to the south was a bit loud in the evening and early morning when we were trying to put our kids to bed and early in the morning at about 6am. There is a GREAT park across the street with activities for all kids! A very neat place and we will plan on making this a home to stay when we return to Seaside! I would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, family home. When it was too much to go to the beach, the kids could play right across the street at the playground! What a find! Grandparents, us, the kids and the dogs...we usually leave them at home. What a treat! We will make this trip again! We have told all our friends about it!

We had a wonderful time on our Ladies weekend-at-the-beach. The house is darling and well updated. And there is so much to do within walking distance. It's a good place for a family, too. Lots of room. Thank you.
