Summer Rentals are only Saturday to Saturday in June/July/August - full weeks only.
It is the ideal place to experience the best that San Diego and Southern California has to offer! This beautiful home can accommodate 8-10 people comfortably and is a mere block to gorgeous Mission Bay and just a couple of blocks to the Pacific Ocean.
While a great base to make the most of the sand and surf, you may not want to leave when amenities include comfortable outdoor seating on the front porch, on the patio or the back deck (with BBQ island). Outdoor dining can also be enjoyed in each of these areas.
Inside, and all on one level, you'll enjoy a comfy living room with a gas fireplace and a large screen 50" Plasma TV. The separate dining room has a large table. The fully appointed kitchen is entirely new...appliances, wet bar, granite counters and porcelain tile floors. Don't forget there are 4 bedrooms and 4 full cozy baths. There are 2 master bedrooms each with their own bath.
The 1st master has a king bed and the 2nd has a queen and a queen sleeper sofa. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and the 4th (small bedroom) has a queen. The 3rd and 4th baths are convenient to these bedrooms. The comforts of home in about 1600 feet and in beautiful shape after new painting and upgrades.
True relaxation is knowing that you can park as many as 4 cars off the street when you arrive and if you like, walk everywhere for the duration of your stay! If you want to venture further out, there are endless amusement and activity options for the whole family: Sea World (5 min drive), The San Diego Zoo, Downtown San Diego, Del Mar, Legoland, Carlsbad and various golf courses (10-35 min drive); Temecula wine country (1 hr drive).
This is a private home in a quiet neighborhood which we make available as a vacation rental. We request that guests respect neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9pm to 8am.
Individuals under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We are back in Sweden now and let me just say this now: We had a wonderful time i San Diego and in the U S and we all just loved our stay at Cass Street. It certainly is a beautiful house and the surroundings are marvelous. I hope everything was in order when we left and we intend to come back again soon- probably next summer .
