Ski and Hike in Comfort!
Come to Summit County, Colorado to a unique comfortable condo in the complex called Treehouse with views of Buffalo Mountain, Red Mountain and the Continental Divide. Cute, with fire place, balcony, two bedroom, one bath unit on the first level with ample parking. Complete kitchen, linens, great club house with three hot tubs, pool, racquet ball and tennis and wireless internet capability. The complex has community BBQ grills on the grounds as well as tables among the trees. Backs up to hiking trails in national forest too.
Absolutely EASY access to Keystone, A-basin, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Vail! You can also "shop ‘til you drop" in Silverthorne or Breckenridge. There are two(2) queen -size bed and a sofa bed. The condo most comfortably accomidates four people. Fireplace has firewood. There is also a shuttle bus running every 30-60 minutes to Summit County ski areas - and the outlet stores. Each bedroom has a queen bed. One bedroom has an extra sink. Elevation 9500 feet above sea level!
Living room/dining area has cable TV, DVD and CD player.
Kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, microwave, coffee, coffee maker, crockpot, and condiments.
This is a No Smoking unit and no pets are allowed. Check in time is 4pm, check out time is 10 am in order to clean and launder linens.
A $200 refundable security deposit is required. It is returned within 24-28 hours after cleaning.
Payments accepted via PayPal . Reservation CONFIRMED when payment received. Cancellation policy: 6 weeks in advance - 100%, 4 weeks in advance 50%, 2 weeks in advance 25%. There is no refund if access to complex is adversely affected by poor road conditions and weather during the winter months. Summit County and the Colorado Department of Transportation do the best that they can.
Minimum age to reserve is 21.

The condo is quiet and comfortable. It is so close to hiking trails and skiing. We like it here because it provides all that one needs without being an overwhelming and expensive resort. It's like a small village.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This area offers ready access to five major ski areas, convenient shopping, rental equipment, a guest club house that people rave about and comfortable surroundings. Fantastic hiking is a half a mile up the road into the Eagel's Nest wilderness area. The complex is cozy and quiet; you only hear the occasional ski boots clunking along from those who forgot their snow boots! We like it here because it provides all that one needs without being an overwhelming and expensive resort. You can enjoy the Colorado Rockies without the glitz. People rave about the guest club house with its views and amenities. Our HOA is responsible and the entire area is well cared for.
