  Very nice place to unwind. The weather was bad a few days but the condo was so comfortable & clean that we really didn't mind staying in. We cooked most of our meals & although the kitchen is equipped, you may want to take a good skillet & knife with you if you plan to cook much. We never had any problems, but after speaking to Russ a couple times, I am sure if you had any he would be very quick to take care of it. This was our first stay but hopefully not the last!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  I was a little disappointed. The toilet didnt flush, they did come to fix it on Monday, but we arrived on Saturday. The back bathroom shower leaked from the ceiling onto the floor. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable. It was a beautiful view. A good location. I think with a few updates it would be really nice.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway.

Regarding the beds-so many people have provided positive feedback, that I am reluctant to make changes there. However, please remind me on your next stay-and I will provide a pillow top mattress pad. That may work for you if the mattresses were too firm. Thanks again.

  We loved our vacation at this condo! Its clean and bright with lots of color; well decorated. Loved all the original artwork! Kitchen has almost anything you need. Master BR and bath are large with plenty of closet space. Daughter and her family visited us for several days and had plenty of room in the 2nd bedroom and bath. The pool area is close and well maintained. We were surprised condo was so close to the beach and loved it wasn't crowded. We all enjoyed watching the dolphins, relaxing to the sound of the surf, and watching the sunset from the balconies. I love shopping in Ft. Walton Beach where the traffic is lighter. But Destin is within minutes if you want all the action! We love this area and go several times each year because there is so much to do for all ages. Be sure to eat at Callahan's, AJ's, Harry's at Harborwalk (recommend going just before sunset), and Another Broken Egg (breakfast). The Donut Hole is a must for your sweet tooth! If you want deep sea fishing with the best captain, charter the Finest Kind at Harborwalk. Because I also rent my Smoky Mtn cabins thru vrbo, I enjoyed seeing the "other side" and appreciated Russ being such a great host! Thanks!

  We stayed at aqua villa the first week of october and had a wonderful week . Mr. pace is an excellent host , easy to contact and full of good information. We had excellent weather and perfect beach conditions. The condo was a great find and we plan on staying there again. It was a dream to stay this close to the beach and all the amenities were a very pleasant addition to our vacation. We could very easily become snowbirds and stay all winter long. The most exciting part of the trip was the pleasure of watching the dolphins play off shore almost every day we were there. This place was truly hard to leave ! We would love to recomend Pronzo Italian Resturant on the other end of Santa Rosa Blvd. it was a great find.We can't wait till next year and maybe we'll bring the grand kids.

  This is my third stay at this condo! Russ is great to work with, very accomodating. The beach and pool right outside your door is awesome. Watching the sunsets from the balcony each night with a glass of wine is the ideal way to relax after a hard day of shopping in Destin. The photos listed do not do justice to the beach, it's simply gorgeous! Grocery store just across the bridge is convenient to stock the 'fridge. Shopping is very close by. LOTS of great restaurants, stores, shops etc in both Ft Walton Beach and Destin (which is my favorite!) I would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a place to get away from the rat race of everyday life........

  We had a great Christmas vacation on this gorgeous beach in this clean and very accommodating condo. The condo has everything in it from beach chairs to every cooking appliance imaginable. The view was spectacular. Even in December the beach was beautiful and the weather was perfect. We hope to return in Sept./Oct. of 2009. We would highly recommend this condo!!!!

  I just want to say how awesome this condo was. We stayed the last week of July and absolutey loved every minute of it. This place was so comfortable and clean. The view was breathtaking and the location was perfect for resturaunts, shopping, etc. I will be back hopefully soon.

  This unit was wonderful!! You couldn't imagine a better beachfront view. The unit was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The beach was as much fun as sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins play. I will definately be recommending this to friends and planning my own trip back.

  We stayed here over the christmas holidays and really enjoyed it. The view was great and the up keep was very good we had every thing we needed to cook, and the place was nice and a lot of room. We would stay again and plan to with in the next 6 mo
