This three-story beachfront building is an ideal place for a family vacation. It is located in Ship Bottom, New Jersey, the first town you encounter on Long Beach Island. It can be rented as one large unit, but each of the three units is available for separate rental.

All floors are air conditioned.
The first floor has three bedrooms and a very large modern kitchen and dining area. It has a washer and dryer. It sleeps ten.
The second floor, air conditioned, has ocean views, four bedrooms, and also sleeps ten.
The third floor, air conditioned, has one bedroom and sleeps five or six. All units have pull-out couches.

This property is located directly adjacent to the beach. It is a matter of just a few steps from house to the water. There are lifeguards on duty all summer long. There is a grilling area with two gas grills and a charcoal grill. Each of the units has a large private deck with chairs and table. There are large windows providing views and capturing ocean breezes. Second and third floor decks have magnificent ocean views. There are several top-notch restaurants and watering holes within a short walk.

There is sufficient parking on the property for two or three cars per apartment.

  • We have been going to this rental property for nearly 30 years now. The ocean view is spectacular, the beach is spacious and gorgeous, and the sunrises are just beautiful. There is nothing like sitting on your private deck after a day at the beach, just watching the waves. The sand and water are right outside your door, and the walk along the beach in either direction is breathtaking. Plus, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, theatres, parks and other entertainment nearby, if you can tear yourself away from the ocean. The house has plenty of oceanside windows so that you can really enjoy the view - and hear the ocean and the gulls - wherever you are inside, and it is updated and so neat and clean. I can't say enough about how much we enjoy vactioning here - its a great place and a great deal.

  • With the beach right outside the door, great bagels down the street, and great seafood across the street, this is one of the most enjoyable and relaxing place we've ever been to.   • We live much closer to Cape Cod MA, and we make the drive to the Jersey Shore, to be on LBI. This rental house is a great deal, in a fantastic location, and you can rent the floor which serves your needs best. The views from the house are truly beautiful and with the beach steps away, the car can be parked and forgotten. We have stayed on the 3d floor for the view, the 2nd floor when more living space was needed, and the 1st floor when the kids were very young. Having the beach right out the door makes going to it a pleasure, not a chore. Going(sometimes back) to the beach in late afternoon for more surf or an early evening walk on thr beach is just wonderful. There are at least 10 restaurants (pizza to fine dining) within walking distance, and aside from these, there are 4 breakfast places, and the best bagel shop around. Grocery, beach-supply, and hobby stores, as well as mini-golf are also a walk. The house was neat, clean and functional, with good kitchen setup and adequete electronics. There was also outdoor grills, picnic tables, showers and a clothesline to use. Great place to call home, for a week or two.
