Upstairs unit has one king, one queen, four bunk beds and queen sleeper sofa. Bottom unit has one king and queen sleeper sofa. Top quality pillow top mattresses on ALL beds. Both units have fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, color cable TV's, and high speed internet (WI-FI).

You can take the trolley all around town and for only a quarter last time I checked. It stops at all the highlights and more.

I highly recommend this or any other property by this owner. Very nice place. Very clean. Short walk to the beach that even my 5 year old could handle. Nice neighborhood. The ONLY reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because we had neighbors move in upstairs on the last night of our stay and there was a lot of noise. Typical of living downstairs but I would not rent the downstairs again because of the noise. I will rent an upstairs unit next time. I am recommending this property owner to my family and friends. Great vacation spot!

This is one of the nicest properties that I have even rented. The furnishings are luxurious throughout, from the bedding to the plasma TV. The location couldn't be more perfect with the beach surf visible from the deck. Fun on the beach is easy with out transportation as it's only a short stroll away. There's also a private pool/hot tub just a few steps away. A variety of wonderful restaurants are close by. I'm looking forward to my next vist to this great property!
Owner response:Return business is very important to us which is just one of the reasons we go out of our way to be friendly, helpful and efficient while making sure the home provides everything you need in a home away from home. Sure most places have a coffee maker, and maybe a toaster but do they also have a blender, can opener and shrimp deveiner? And are they fully stocked with complete cookware, dinnerware, glassware and silverware along with complete bedding linens and towels for the number of guests the home accommodates, as well as brand name dish soap, Tide laundry detergent, body wash, Cascade dishwashing detergent, coffee filters, trashbags, paper towels and high quality toilet paper? Boolay Bungalow has all this and more without a cleaning fee, booking fee or any other kind of fee fee! Give Boolay Bungalow a try and see how it works perfectly for your family too.

We stayed in the downstairs unit for Sand Fest and had a wonderful time. The downstairs apartment is perfect for 4 people and so comfortable. I will recommend it to my friends and definately be back this Summer.

Your home is so beautiful and has all the comforts of home. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a wonderful week. It was nice being so close to the pool/hot tub. Being able to walk to the beach is also a big plus. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our stay at the Boulay Bungalow was great! We enjoyed the clean, new beach house and Port Aransas. It was nice to have the beach just a short walk away, since we could let our teenagers go hang out on the beach when they wanted. We are considering to make this a yearly tradition!
