Our apartment has been described as "a beautiful haven located in the middle of paradise!". Beautifully decorated, remodeled in 2006, with cathedral ceilings and plenty of windows. Quiet end unit (one floor above ground) with no one above or below. Safe, gated community with garage parking. Beautiful landscaping - everything you dream California to be!
We adore this apartment and have included every household amenity for one's comfort; the gourmet kitchen has new, stainless-steel appliances with granite countertops, big double sink, and a giant refrigerator. We have American coffeemaker, all cooking utensils/pans/pots, wine glasses, spices, etc. Apartment is filled with plants. Feel free to bring your laptop: we provide a laser printer and paper for your use, as well as other basic office supplies.
Built in cupboards and a large closet provide space for your belongings (luggage can be stowed away).
Most comfortable for two adult visitors in king bed. Total area is 550 square feet (51/m2). We have a portable crib (baby bed) available, as well as a futon mattress.
Centrally located to the best of Orange County, with LA 45 min north and San Diego 75 min south. Very close to beach (without the high price tag!) and Pacific Coast Highway (10-15 min).
