Beautiful cottage on seven acres one-half mile from the Fair Haven Beach State Park with beaches, boating, fishing, hiking and access to both Little Sodus Bay and Lake Ontario.

The cottage is extremely private with large yards, orchard, pine trees and woods; the cottage is two stories, each with separate bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens - so ideal for two families vacationing together; great for kids, couples, family reunions, fishermen.

There is a heater, suitable for cool autumn and spring nights but is not adequate to provide heat in freezing temperatures.

                        My Husband and I rented this out for our families last year when we came to the Ren Faire to get married. It was great! There were plenty of rooms for us and a fantastic yard! The 2 porches were perfect! Being able to set up tents outside was also very helpful. Very close to the ren fair and to the beautiful fair haven beach state park! We hope to return for family trips for years to come!

                        Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

If you are interested in renting again this year, I have 2 weeks open in August still. I much prefer to rent to repeat renters, so if Fair Haven is in your plans again, keep us in mind because before too I will be getting requests for the summer. Have a great summer. Kathy

                        Great location! Awesome view, huuge yard with horseshoe pit made for tons of fun! :-) If I could have stayed longer I would have! Lots of sleeping area and big living room for charades ;-) Also, a fridge on each floor made things extra convenient.

                        Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
