Our unit at 300 Ocean Mile offers the best of the beaches of Saint George Island. It is located in a townhome community of 99 properties and sits pool front. You are steps away from swimming in the pool or Gulf of Mexico. This quiet setting offers two pools and boardwalks to guide you to the beaches. Up to two pets are welcome to visit our townhome for no additional costs.
The townhomes are constructed side by side so that there are no occupants above or below. The large kitchen-living-dining area is ideal for family gathering after a long day in the sun or you may retreat to one of the two bedrooms. The spacious master suite is on the top floor with king-size bed, private bath, and balcony overlooking the pool with a view of the gulf. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and very close the hall bath.
A washer and dryer are available as well as an initial supply of linens. When you arrive, your beds will be made and six sets of towels are available. Additional linens are available on request.
