A spacious (1800 square feet), comfortable condominium right on the beach (Beach Palms), with wonderful views of the sunset, ocean, and beach. Includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, new washer/new dryer, dining room, very roomy and comfortable family room with TV with cable and DVD/VCR player, a great eat-in kitchen with all appliances (including new dishwasher and ice maker) overlooking the heated pool and beach, two patios,there is a very spacious patio off of the family room and another private patio off the master bedroom with king-size bed, TV/DVD player, and walk-in closet. WI-FI.
Condo has all brand new mattresses. Master bedroom has a wonderful king size bed with a private bathroom and roomy shower. There is also a full-size futon for additonal guests. Master bedroom has a TV with a DVD and cable television.Every TV in the condo has cable. Second guest bedroom with two double beds and TV with cable and a DVD player. Third bedroom with two twin beds and a TV with cable and a VCR player. All rooms have brand new mattresses. Very clean!
Great views of the beach and ocean. Also, overlooking the pool. Families will love it, coming from a mother of three, all under the age of seven.
About one-half hour from Busch Gardens and one hour 15 minutes from Disney World. Fly in to Tampa and 20 miles to Indian Shores - Gulf Beaches!!!

Hi, my name is Amy, a mother of 4, the ages 1yrs to 11 yrs old. When we were looking for a condo to purchase, I flew into Tampa for 3 days and saw over 40 condos. I feel in love with this one!! The building is very well maintained and very clean. Our condo is very spacious. The pool is great for the kids, and there are always other families there also. I just love it, and hate to leave it when we had back to Chicago. I guarentee you will love it!!!!!
Why the Owner Chose Beach Palms (formerly Beach Cottages III)
Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores are great areas!! There are many activites: boat trips, pirate cruises, very good fishing, parks, the beaches are so clean, and your just about an hour to an hour in half to Walt Disney World. We always make a day trip and have a great time, and can't wait to get back to the beach. There are always dolphins out in the oceans!! So fun!!!

We just spent Thanksgiving weekend in this condo. Listing was accurate and everything looked exactly as depicted in the pictures. Check in and check out were very easy, just up the road. We had an awesome stay and the kids could not have been happier with both the beach and pool. Had some family in the area over for Thanksgiving dinner and there was plenty of space. I would recommend this condo to anyone, especially those with children. The only problem we had was the handle came loose on the sliding door, but it did not effect us being able to use the door at all. Just reported the door when we turned in the key with no issues. Might be coming back to the same exact condo this next fall if it is available. Also, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking your own meals. There are many grocery stores and a Super Wal Mart all within 10 miles of the condo. We only ate one meal out the whole time we were there, and that was the evening we arrived and hadn't gone shopping yet. If you like to eat out there are plenty of restaurants up and down the beach though.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Beautiful and very roomy condo right on the beach. Updated very nicely and the new wood floors throughout are great! Makes cleaning up all the sand very easy. The mattresses were extremely comfortable also. My only complaint was the dishwasher didn't work great and I hate washing dishes, but other than that, everything was perfect!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
