This spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms is located right near the beach in the heart of the quiet Grand Strand area. Bedroom accommodations have two rooms with queen size beds and a top floor loft (that kids love) with twin beds and a hide-away queen in the closet. For extra guest the sofa and love seat pull out to beds as well. Each room has TV, VCR's & cable for your relaxing enjoyment.
Highspeed WIRELESS, high chair, booster seat, children friendly videos and crib available for NO EXTRA CHARGE.
We are close to all delights, the Pavilion, Tanger Outlet, Walmart, golfing, restaurants, nightclubs, movie theater and Colonial Mall. The community offers an indoor pool (right beside us for those rainy days), several outdoor pools, and outside grilling. Sorry No Pets Allowed and No smoking in this unit.
A $100 departure cleaning fee includes sheets, pillowcases, towels & washcloths but we encourage you to bring extras!

We chose to purchase in this area because the Grand Strand is close to everything without the traffic and noise. We are close enough to walk to the beach and call our location one of Myrtle Beach's "best kept secrets."

We rented last minute for July 4th weekend and had excellent stay in the condo. Location was great, close to shopping outlet, many local attractions, beach short walk away. Condo was spacious and able to accomodate everyone very comfortably. everything was as promised!!!! would stay again!!!!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
Family friendly and close to the beach.

We rented for two months this winter, and had a very enjoyable time. The unit is close to the beach, next to the pool, and close to many area attractions. From dishes to pots and pans to coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, we had everything we needed. Would love to visit again in the future.

Wonderful experience working with Nikki, who provided excellent support, timely communication and a marvelous place for a vacation. This was our first VRBO, and we will use it and hopefully Nikki's MB site again!

My family and I spent a week in this condo it slept twelve comfortable. It was more then what we expected. The dining and cooking arrangements were just great. Nikki was wonderful anytime I needed her she answered me right away. The pool areas were great and we met the nicest people. I want to thank Nikki again for this great opportuity.
