The large private terrace with cushioned teak furniture features spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Islands and 18 hole championship Robert Trent Jones II golf course.
The unit includes two gorgeous master suites each with king beds and one with jacuzzi tub and private terrace. A 3rd bedroom offers twin beds. Den/ 4th bedroom with built in desk and internet hookup features leather queen sofa sleeper. All bedrooms contain TV's, with DVD players in both the den and great room. This unit can easily accommodate large families or 2 foursomes of golfers.
Enjoy access to the fabulous Reserva Conchal Beach Club with 60,000 square feet located between the the golf course and the ocean. Including two pools, gourmet restaurant and bars, state of the art Fitness Center and Spa, and poolside and beach front service. This exclusive facility is available to condominium owners and their renters and also offers the option of a full Meal Plan should you so desire.
Guests may also take advantage of the beautiful 18-hole Robert Trent Jones II golf couse and practice facility. There is a full pro shop and rental clubs are available. Free shuttle service is available from the condominum to the Golf Course and Beach Club
The Hotel Melia Paradisus Playa Conchal is located on the Reserva Conchal grounds offering additional restaurants, entertainment, a casino, several pools and water sport activities. Subject to availability at the hotel, condomimum renters may also opt to purchase an all-inclusive package at the hotel from the rental office for one or more days which includes all food and beverage and allows them to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. The hotel also offers a full service Kids Club which is included in the all inclusive package or available to others at $20 per day (subject to space availability).
The full service concierge located at the rental office can arrange a wide variety of tours including Arenal Volcano, deep-sea fishing, canopy and ATV tours and an array of other exciting adventures. They are there to accomodate your every need from filling your refrigerator with groceries through the Express market, hiring babysitters, making dining reservations on and off the property and providing private chefs, to helping you arrange departure transportation and taxes. Should you have a special function, the Event and Wedding Coordinator is available to schedule anything from private BBQ's to a formal wedding.
If you desire some quiet time away from the crowds, there is a large salt water pool/jacuzzi and sandy area just for condominium guests directly in front of the property with chairs for lounging and couches for reading.
