This is a great family oriented practically new town home. Great features including a den with 18 feet ceilings, a 42" plasma TV with surround sound entertainment system, gas fireplace and denim couches you melt in. Huge dining area with great room style table that seats 10+...great for big family dinners. Kitchen features brand new appliances and includes pots, pans, utensils, etc. Free WiFi!
Sleeping accommodations include a large master suite featuring a queen bed, balcony, walk in closet, tv/vcr and private bath with shower and soaking tub. Kid's room has bunk beds (with a double size mattress on bottom, twin on top, rails included) and a TV/DVD. Guest room includes a double bed with nice sized closet. Other great features include covered garage, parking, charcoal grill, and a nice size deck with outdoor patio furniture and umbrella.
Enjoy a multi-million dollar 15,000 square foot community clubhouse with fabulous on-site amenities. Play tennis, workout in a huge fitness center with state-of-the art fitness equipment with stunning bay views , take a relaxing steam bath or hot tub, watch 5 huge plasma tv's, or swim indoors or outdoors while looking at fantastic views of Indian River Bay. Tennis and Community crabbing pier with boat slips a short walk from the clubhouse.
Bethany Beach is a great family oriented beach community. The beautiful Delaware seaside beaches are just one and half miles away easily accessible by the beach shuttle that runs daily during the summer months. Great golf is two miles away at bear trap Dunes that features 27 holes designed by Don Jacobson.
If you like hiking and biking there is an ecological park just 1/2 mile away off of Central Ave. Some of the best outlet shopping on the east coast is available in Rehoboth beach a couple miles to the North. Have your choice of great boardwalk fun in Rehoboth (10 miles north) and Ocean City (15 miles south).
All reservations require a $250 Security Deposit. Upon receipt of reservation request, we will forward a Lodging Agreement for your signature. The signed Lodging Agreement, $250 Security Deposit and 50% of the rent is due within fourteen (14) days. The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to your vacation start date. Three night minimum during the off-season (September 15 - May 15).

You will absolutely love the Bayside at Bethany Lakes Community, terrific location close to beach, convenient local family owned grocery store and nature park (horseshoe crab sanctuary) very close by. We chose this community because it was brand new..nothing is dated. The huge clubhouse which includes tennis, indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center overlooking beautiful bay views was the clincher. It is a very quiet peaceful location that will allow you to truly relax and enjoy what the Delaware shore has to offer.

Our unit is tastefully decorated and has all creature comforts of home including bigscreen TV, surround sound system with DVD, and couches that you melt in. We have a huge dining room table where everyone can eat at once and also serves as a great table for game night (three drawers full of table games included).
