Enjoy this peaceful retreat at Lake Marion on a deep water, one acre lot with a dock, 400 feet of sandy beach and boat ramp. Easy access to I-95 only 4 miles away. This is a great getaway for the entire family and a fisherman's paradise. Large catfish can be caught from the dock. Our current record-holder caught a 48.5 pound catfish from our dock!
Relax in this 3000+ square foot home with 5 bedrooms, a game room, and den with cathedral ceilings and a stone fireplace. Fire up the outdoor brick charcoal grill for an afternoon picnic. Enjoy swimming, fishing and boating in the clear water, or bird watching from the shore. End your day with fabulous views of the sunset.
The house comfortably accomodates twelve people and rentals are limited to twelve, including daytime visitors.

- Pet Friendly : One small dog (no cats) may be allowed with prior approval of the owners. Dogs are allowed inside, but are not allowed on furniture. The owner assumes no responsiblity for dogs brought by renters. There is a $75 dog fee.
- Kid Friendly : The game room is a hit with kids of all ages!
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Renters must be a minimum of 21 years old. All minors must be supervised. Adult renters are responsible for damages.

This house goes on forever ! Myself and four others spent a long weekend here while fishing on Lake Marion. We cooked breakfast and dinner each day in the well equipped and roomy kitchen. The den is great for watching TV and everyone had their own room. Plenty of bathrooms/showers were great. The owners are easy to work with and communicate well. The fire pit near the water was a must for this crew and was great. We plan to use this house as our base for future trips. A real VRBO jewel !!

First of all, the owners were fantastic to work with when renting this property, everythig went smoothly. next, the pictures here are a small taste of the enjoyment we had while staying at this lake home. It was the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful lake vacation. the house was clean, well maintianed, and had everything you needed and more, there was absolutely nothing lacking. we brought our pontoon boat and jet skies and did have to go a couple of miles to the marina to put in as the water was low, but were able to dock everything all week long right on the sand beach on the property. The sandy bottom and gently sloaping beach area on site allowed for safe swimming and much time spent in the water. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant lake vacation. We look forward to renting this home again.

My Husband and I went up for a long weekend with a few other couples. What a great place to getaway! The house is very spacious and plenty of space for everyone. We mostly spent our time outside enjoying the lake and relaxing. We will definitely be visiting again next year!

We had a great time! This house is well worth the money spent. We enjoyed the outside area, as much as the inside area. Everyone liked the dock and game room. Yard and home was well cleaned and maintained. We will definately consider staying here again! Peaceful and very calming.

Great property. A somewhat older house, but very clean & well maintained. Beautiful setting on quiet street at lakeside. Attractive decor with lots of space and beautiful views of the lake from most rooms. A very warm and welcoming place to relax. Kitchen and dining area worked great for our group of 6 and could have easily handled more. Has good laundry set up if needed. Our group enjoyed the game room. Since we were there in March was cool to be outside in the evening. Large back yard, nice beach area, excellant pier with space for group to sit at piers end and enjoy the sunset, etc. Sheltered charcoal grill set up was great for cooking dinner. Had a great time and hope to go back. Mary S.
