Ocean Park is a NEW exclusive resort like condominium complex located on the North end of Amelia Island, two miles from the historic downtown of Fernandina, with all its shopping and award winning restaurants. Don't miss the Shrimp Festival the first weekend in May!
Ocean Park 120 has a wonderful open layout, with over 1400 square feet. The Condo has a large master suite/bath with king bed and large walk-in closet; guest bedroom has two twin beds/bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, including trash compactor and garbage disposal. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open, with 10 foot ceilings. The living area is very roomy with a sleeper sofa and loveseat, large tv, dvd player, and dvd's. High Speed Internet and long-distance calling included. The dining area seats four with two barstools at kitchen counter for additional eating space. Walk out onto your own private balcony overlooking lagoon with beautiful fountain, ocean views and enjoy watching birds, fish and other wildlife.
Parking is in your own private fully enclosed garage complete with beach chairs/beach toys. Beach towels are provided. Pack and Play and baby booster chair on-site. Just a short walk away is Main Beach (lifeguards in summer), Sandy Bottoms Oceanfront restaurant/bar, skate/rollerblade park, putt-putt golf, basketball/roller hockey court, and board walk along the dunes with benches, playground and gazebos with picnic tables. Park your car in your enclosed garage and walk to everything!!

You have a beautiful place and you're incredibly special hosts. Thank you for sharing your second home with us, as we felt like we were at home. Your extra touches (flowers, cookies, maps, welcome message) helped make your condo a unique and memorable home away from home. Our highlights: poolside, beach walks, wave surfing w/your boogie boards, dinner at The Crab Trap, pizza from Moon River, shopping downtown, the parks, the drive/ferry to Mayport and hanging out here. Hopefuloly we'll be back soon.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in your beautiful condo! It's so spacious and well-equipped with very lovely decorations. The girls enjoyed the pool and all the fun things we've done. For people with kids, they should try the beach, pool, Island Falls Min. Golf and the ice cream shop in Old Town. Trips into Jacksonville were fun to Build-A-Bear and Dave & Buster's (esp. on a rainy day). We also enjoyed the Jacksonville Zoo. Parents will love the Beech Street Grille which has live piano music & a superb menu (also a kid's menu). Thank you.

Peggy & Jim, We've had a wonderful week in your beautiful condo. It is spacious, quiet and nicely decorated. We've been vacationing at Amelia Island for years and this is by far the nicest condo that we've stayed in. It was well-equipped with everything that we could have possibly needed for the week. Thanks for the beautiful flowers. We enjoyed having them throughout the week. We appreciate the book thong and body souffle'. Our week was fantastic and we plan to be back.

We had a great time! The beach was great and the wagon really helped to haul our stuff. We enjoyed eating at "The Surf"! The music was good. Liked the decor of the condo. We used the lotion and the book markers! Tell the Security Guard "Bye" for us.

This was my 1st vacation w/my two kids since I've been a "single" mom. I was so glad I chose to stay here at Ocean Park. We were never at a loss for things to do! This is our last night and when I tucked them in they began to cry and said they wanted to stay. Can't say I blame them, this was a beautiful place to stay. I'm hoping we can plan another trip here next year. Thank you for all the personal touches, it made us feel like family.
