This amazing home is nestled in the Princeville Golf Resort, arguably the most beautiful course in all the world and ranked in the top 20 by Golf Magazine in their list of Gold Medal Resorts. Our safe and secure community of full time residents is approached through an impressive Italian fountain entrance then a winding street through an upscale neighborhood of Kauai’s most beautiful homes and gardens.
Our immaculate property is a traditional Hawaiian pole house, recently remodeled from end-to-end with the most lavish materials. Soaring cathedral ceilings with chocolate-colored wood beams contrast with gleaming, blonde, broad-plank floors. The oversized windows are virtual walls of glass and allow the Na Pali Mountains, in all their tropical glory, to pour into a bright and airy house.
Well appointed living room has deeply comfortable red leather sofas and the perfect reading chair and ottoman. Enjoy tropical breezes in every room with multiple upgraded ceiling fans and windows that open to the cooling trade winds.
The kitchen is very well appointed with the latest in large and small appliances as well as a complete set of fine china, crystal, and hand painted martini glasses. Green and gray Esmeralda granite covers our counters Make your meals with gourmet cookware and then serve them at our dining table or enjoy them outside on the lanai to take in the views from a two story perch. Read a book in our hammock before retiring to the extra spacious, master bedroom with its two sink bathroom and roomy tub with an eight jet spa.
In the morning, pick a banana, papaya, or grapefruit for your breakfast in our lushly planted yards. House is just a few minutes away from the world class Princeville Hotel and the Princeville Tennis Club with its well maintained courts and mountain vistas. Walk or drive to the Princeville Shopping Center, with the best supermarket on the island. Walk or drive to the beach at the Princeville Resort, or to Queen's Bath on Pepilani Loop, or snorkel with the sea turtles at Shell Cave.
Only five minutes away is Hanalei Beach, (ranked as one of the top ten beaches in the world by National Geographic Traveler)and Ching Young Village, the heart of Hanalei, with its abundance of restaurants and local night life.
Neighborhood of full time residents is wonderful for families with children and has a park and a library very nearby. We have a pack-n-play and a high chair for your youngest child.
