This Hayden Lake house is a beautiful waterfront home nestled on the northwest shore of Hayden Lake in North Idaho. You will enjoy breathtaking lake and mountain views from the two wrap-around decks or from the expansive dock. It's a great place to renew friendships or to celebrate a family reunion.
We are 10 minutes from shopping in downtown Hayden, and 20 minutes from the resort in downtown Coeur d'Alene. Silverwood theme park is 20 minutes away.
This large two-story home affords privacy to families or other groups, and has 2800 square feet of living space. There are four bedrooms and three baths. The two master suites each have full baths, king-size beds, and lake views with private deck access. A third bedroom has two twin beds, and a queen bed in the fourth bedroom. These two bedrooms share a full bath. The home sleeps eight in beds, with two air beds for extra guests.
The living, dining, and family rooms have lake views with deck access. The three large decks add additional living space. There is a two-car garage and extra off-street parking spaces, as well as a boat dock that doubles as a sun deck. Guests have the use of a canoe and a peddle boat. For those with their own ski boat or fishing boat, there is a public boat launch just 5 minutes away.
The local ski resorts are Schweitzer Mountain and Silver Mountain. Cross country skiing trails are ten minutes away. Hiking and biking trails abound, just minutes from the house.

The house was a wonderful retreat for my family and my parents who were visiting the northwest from Texas. We were very conformable with lots of space to spread out in and the wonderful decks to gather together on. The house has all the amenities and comforts of home without being so fancy that you are worried about the kids hurting something - a PERFECT lake house! The location is wonderful, as well, with sun in the morning when it's cold and shade in the afternoon when it's hot. We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This house is AWESOME! My wife and two kids (4 & 6) stayed here in July 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed this home. The canoe and paddle boats added to the enjoyment. The hiking, biking, fishing off the dock and quick access to other local attactions such as Coeur d'Alene make this a great location to vacation. The city of Hayden has most of the major retail outlets just 10 minutes away. The house is clean and nicely layed out with all the amenities of home. Plenty of parking is available on the property. I highly recommend this place for a vacation stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Our family has stayed in this wonderful home for the last four years and look forward to returning every year. The house is so well equipped and spaciuos that you feel like you never want to leave. The large decks afford views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The boat dock is a great place to fish and relax. You really have to see this to believe how great is. The owners take great pride in this home and it shows.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Hayden Lake is a family friendly lake with all kinds of activities nearby. These activities include fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, biking, excellent summer theater, antique stores, good dining, and much more.
From our deck, we love to watch the bald eagles and osprey swoop across the lake. Our kids and grand kids enjoy catching fish right off our dock. We have a fire ring on the dock where we sometimes cook 's'mores' on warm summer evenings.
One of the special features of our Hayden Lake home is the ample off-street parking (a rarity on the lake) and the attached garage, allowing easy access to the house without navigating stairs (another rarity on the lake.) This makes it easy to bring in groceries, suitcases, etc.
