Some friends and I rented this wonderful IOP home for a girls' weekend this past November. It was the perfect gathering space for all 14 of us. The upstairs living area was a very popular hang out spot. Lisa was so prompt in replying to all of my questions and was so helpful during the entire rental process. I will definitely keep this beach home on my list for future rentals. Thanks again, Lisa!

This was a great family vacation rental. We had plenty of room between 8 adults and 7 children. The beach was a short walk away and we didn't have to put up with the traffic on Palm Blvd. The pool was especially nice for the kids and adults as a refreshing get-a-way from the late day heat. We would definitely consider this listing for future visits and recommend it to anyone interested in a relaxing vacation at the beach.

We stayed in this beautiful home to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. There were 11 of us in our group, and there was room to spare! The house is gorgeous and immaculate. We enjoyed going to the beach, spending time in the pool, relaxing on the many decks and visiting the stores and restaurants across the bridge. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool and spent most of their time there. We also visited Charleston one afternoon and wished we had another day to go back. The owner of the home was wonderful to work with - she responded immediately to all of our questions during the rental process and gave us many recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We had a great time and would love to go back in the future.

I found this house by searching VRBO and booked it based on the pictures of the house. The pictures were very accurate and in fact the house was prettier than the pictures showed. This house is well maintained and extremely clean, which is extremely important to our family. We had a wonderful week of relaxation with out of state friends. The house was very spacious even though we only had four adults and three children. We cooked most of the week and with the layout of the house, it was easy to cook and watch the kids. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. The ½ baths were great on each floor so that you do not have to use one of the bedroom bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool even though it was a bit chilly for September. The beach access is right across Palm Blvd, which was extremely nice (a little over a block). The house was well equipped especially if you are flying in and do not want to bring a lot of items. The owner of the house was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made several suggestions for dinner, and even babysitting. She was always willing to answer any questions very quickly (which is extremely valuable). I do have one word of caution for first timers to Isle of Palms; cars are parked on the side of the road as you come to Palm Blvd. Be careful crossing the road, especially with small children. Most cars stop and they do have crosswalks (about a block from 29th Ave.) with another beach access. We put the children in a wagon to transport them, which was very helpful. I will definitely be renting this house again in the future based on the layout/accommodation of the house, owner’s interaction, location, and reasonable rates.

I recently stayed at this lovely home as a week of relaxation with friends after our final exams. The house was large enough to accommodate 20 people very comfortably without ever feeling cramped. The kitchen is lovely and fully stocked with plates, glasses, and even cooking materials. The large screen TVs throughout the house made it easy for everyone to be happy with a movie choice. The beds were extremely comfortable and quiet. Many porches are attached to the house creating a feeling of a tree house which is fun at the beach. We spent lots of time just relaxing on the porches in the evening enjoying the beautiful weather and lovely view of the pool and trees. The house is extremely close to the beach (a 5 minute walk) which was just perfect for our group. While the house is not on the main road along the beach but on a sidestreet, I found that extremely important for noise control; we never felt that the street was too busy or too loud at night. The owner of this house is just wonderful. She is extremely friendly and very good at timely responses to emails or phone calls. I really enjoyed my contact with her and she made the whole rental process extremely easy. She even gave me suggestions for activities my group could do when down on Isle of Palms! You will most definitely enjoy the booking experience because of her. I have told everyone since our visit how much we loved the house. I definitely recommend this house for any larger group of people looking for a fun, relaxing weekend on the beach!

Great Location, Great Floor Plan!!! House is well kept and very clean. One block from the MOST BEAUTIFUL beach I had ever seen. Great kitchen but there are some very good resturants in the area so why bother cooking... Really must explore the city of Charleston so a car is necessary!

This was the perfect home for our reunion of 17 family members. The main floor was spacious - just right for cooking and gathering and it was nice for each family to have a private bath off of the bedrooms. Everyone enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the decks in the evening after a day on the beach. Located on a quiet side street was an added bonus.
