  We stayed in this beautiful home to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. There were 11 of us in our group, and there was room to spare! The house is gorgeous and immaculate. We enjoyed going to the beach, spending time in the pool, relaxing on the many decks and visiting the stores and restaurants across the bridge. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool and spent most of their time there. We also visited Charleston one afternoon and wished we had another day to go back. The owner of the home was wonderful to work with - she responded immediately to all of our questions during the rental process and gave us many recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We had a great time and would love to go back in the future.

  Our family (6 adults and 5 children) enjoyed a great week on the Isle of Palms. The house was in excellent conditon, very clean, plenty of space and amentities. The kids loved the pool which was properly maintained every few days by a pool company. The house was stocked with beach essentials; towels, kids toys, chairs and several wagons for transporting the stuff to the beach. Since we flew to IOP versus driving, having these items at the house made packing so much easier! Overall a great vacation. We look forward to returning in the near future.

  The home was very clean,the owner was very helpful(she got back to us right away with our questions),and we would recommend this lovely home! We used the pool,beach,and park daily. We didn't need to rent anything for our one year old grandchild......highchair,pack and play were there. The extra beach towels and sand toys came in handy. The only things we missed were kitchen towels and the grill and the stove could have been cleaned better.Those things are miner! We had a terrific experience in this lovely home!

  This home is perfect for a beach getaway. Great for families with small children. Lots of space for everybody.Beach access is only a short walk and the owners provided wagons and carts to haul things to the beach. The house has all the comforts of "home". We truly enjoyed our stay and the owners were great to work with!

  Wow what a great week we had. Our family stayed in this beautiful home for our family reunion. There were 19 of us with 10 children under 12, so the three sets of bunk beds & Wii games worked out wonderful. The house is gorgeous and immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. There are many beach toys, a wagon and carts which help haul our goods to the beach, which is a short 5-10 minutes walk. We enjoyed going to the beach, swiming in the pool, playing at the park, relaxing on the deck, and short day trips to the local sites. The owner of the home was wonderful to work with and gave us many recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Our family had a wonderful week.

  Loved staying at this house on Isle of Palms. The location is great. Perfect house for a larger group of people. Living room and kitchen area can accomodate the full house of people at once. The furnishings are lovely. And all the beds were comfortable. The pool is shaded, does not get much if any sun. But there are rooftops that you can tan on & get tons of sun. Really recommend this house. The owner is great to work with.

  My extended family and I stayed for a week in this home last June for my brother-in-law's wedding. What can I say?? Everything was as described and we loved the house. It was a short walk to the beach and located on direct beach access. The park and large playground was 50 yards and a delight for the kids. They also loved the large bunk room. It was like a week long slumber party. We will definitely rent this house again. We thought the price was a bargain for this size home and the location. Also, we had some specific request due to the wedding and the owner was very accomodating. Thanks for a great week....

  The location was wonderful, a block from the beach. The house was great for four single people travelling together. The great room and kitchen area were conducive to lots of fun and food. We loved that we each had our own bathroom and TV. HOWEVER, there were many frustrating things: (1) No instruction book. It took us forever to figure out the remote controls for all the TVs. (2) Light bulbs missing from lamps. (3) Wonderful wine cooler, but we couldn't figure out how to make it work. (4) No hot water in two bathrooms, although that was fixed the same day, BUT I had to move all my stuff to the children's room to take a shower. Irritating! (6) No remote control for the garage door. (7) Bugs. There was a notification of a recent visit from a pest control service on the kitchen counter, but we had several cockroach-like bugs in the kitchen and living room. When we emailed the owner after our visit, she indicated that West Coast people were just not used to bugs. An unsatisfactory response. Overall the house was good, but with challenges.

  Owner response: I apologize for any misunderstanding and inconvenience you all may have encountered. I strive to always be available to have issues fixed during the course of a rental and encourage renters to please call during their stay if any problems occur. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will continue to improve our communication process to eliminate any future inconveniences. Thank you for your time and thank you for renting from us. • Girls' weekend 2011

  Some friends and I rented this wonderful IOP home for a girls' weekend this past November. It was the perfect gathering space for all 14 of us. The upstairs living area was a very popular hang out spot. Lisa was so prompt in replying to all of my questions and was so helpful during the entire rental process. I will definitely keep this beach home on my list for future rentals. Thanks again, Lisa!

  This was a great family vacation rental. We had plenty of room between 8 adults and 7 children. The beach was a short walk away and we didn't have to put up with the traffic on Palm Blvd. The pool was especially nice for the kids and adults as a refreshing get-a-way from the late day heat. We would definitely consider this listing for future visits and recommend it to anyone interested in a relaxing vacation at the beach.
