Large, fully-furnished, one-story, 1450 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium unit located at the 13MM in Horseshoe Bend, next to The Lodge of the Four Seasons Hotel and Resort. The floor plan is well designed so that all three bedrooms and the living room have a lake front view (wow!). The unit features a large exterior deck, which runs the entire length of the unit, overlooking the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, and is perfect for socializing or relaxing. Take just a few steps and try your luck at fishing (established crappie beds in the boat slips) or enjoy a dip in the lake on a hot summer day. Rental includes use of 2 10'x28' covered boat slips. Unlike many other condo projects, Water’s Edge has two onsite boat ramps and year-round security for your convenience.

Just around the corner on Horseshoe Bend are many other attractions/amenities such as golf, spas, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, marinas, grocery/liquor stores, etc. Feel free to ask us for suggestions when planning your vacation.
