For you boaters, Futura Yacht Club offers the best deep water dockage and on site boat ramp in the area. There is even storage for your boat trailer at no extra charge. The location was very good. The view was exceptional. The condo it self was in great shape,had everything as advertised, met all of our needs, was very clean, and just excellent in general. The facilities were very nice and the gated entry added a feeling of security.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

This condo is very dated. Not a good place to stay with small children as there are power cords everywhere and little plastic disks set out to kill bugs. The master bed was very uncomfortable, even after we tried to adjust it. The bathrooms are quite small. The Futura Yacht Club area was nice but they need more chairs at the pool, all the chairs were full and so I ended up not getting to enjoy the pool. When I asked the owner if there was a hair dryer, she said there was suppose to be one but there wasn't. Nice location but we wouldn't stay here again.Owner response: We appreciate all comments and have made updates in our unit which include new dining room table and chairs, new deck chairs and a Select Comfort bed that we hope will be enjoyed.

Breathtaking View of the Gulf from the balcony and views of the Atlantic from kitchen and 2nd bedroom. Good boat ramp and well maintained marina. Nice Gulf front picknick area with shore fishing, grill, nice chairs and tiki hut. Owner support and communication was excellent. A nice place for snorkeling, Fishing and Family Time!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Excellent place to spend vacation time. Beautiful view of Ocean And Gulf . Easy motoring to lower or upper key The balcony affords a spectacular view of the Gulf side and the unit is well maintained and clean. The pool is also well maintained as well as the grounds. Have done this 2 years running and enjoyed each year .Owner is cooperative in rental process as well as refund of deposit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Amazing views! This was the 4th time we've stayed at Futura, but the first time in this unit and WOW! It was clean, right off the elevator and extremely great views from the 6th floor. Everything that you need was in the unit. We have meet thru the years a bunch of the owners and they are all nice and welcoming to "us renters". Friends of ours stay on the 5th floor (same unit every year) and for sure we will try and rent this unit again next February! The description of the unit on VRBO was accurate, the photos are what you get, the owers are extremely easy to work with and get your deposit back in a timely maner. I would recommend this unit to anyone (as long as they aren't going the same time as my husband and I are, because WE want to stay again) Super close to all the good restaurants, fishing, attractions. Thanks again for a fantastic stay. My husband and I got married in Islamorada in '07 and we celebtrated out 5 year anniversary here and will be back again in Feb '13!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We recently stayed in this unit and just want to say"What a view"....The balcony has a wonderful view of the bay , beach, and tennis courts. Enjoyed sitting out there at any time of the day and watching the boats come in and out of the marina, and watching the sunset at night. The unit was well equipped with everything needed and the owner was wonderful....I would recommend this unit to anyone who is coming to stay in Islamorada........Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Excellent high views of Fla Bay and surrounding area. A clean and comfortable place, with an excellent pool, tennis courts, and dockage available. Many good restaurants nearby, including Green Turtle, Islander, Island Grill, Lazy Days, Morada Bay, and much much more. Or just get seafood at local stores and prepare in house. Recommend highly!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: My husband and myself purchased this fantastic condo because of the view and the location. Although we usually only get to enjoy our condo once a year we absolutely love being there and sitting on our balcony looking out over the water. When we are not there we want to share our little bit of paradise with others.
Why the Owner Chose Islamorada:
Futura Yacht Club is a small gated community so it is easy to meet new people. We are fortunate to have a 'keys beach the expansive waters of Florida Bay. It is close to many wonderful restaurants and activities. It felt like we were in a tropical island far awa yet is in the USofA!
