Close to both recreation areas. Amenities include a nine-hole golf course, seven tennis courts, three boat launches, two recreation areas with barbeques and picnic tables, a bandshell for performing arts programs, twenty-five miles of private patrolled roads with staffed, gated entrances, a clubhouse. Come enjoy Lake Almanor and its many water accesses for fishing, boating, and skiing.
Winter time is more relaxing with snowshoeing and cross country skiing.

The Unique Benefits of this House
The house is in a great location on the golf course. The golf course is always in great condition, inexpensive and challenging. The tennis facility has lots of clinics for all ages and levels. If you like to hike you will love it. Lassen opened a new visitor center which is incredible and full of information. The days are not long enough!!
