Mountain cabin located on the first fairway of the Lake Almanor Country Club. Large backyard with 10,000 square feet of lawn connecting to the golf course. Nine-hole par 36 golf course always in great condition, inexpensive, with incredible Lassen views. A great tune-up for Bailey Creek Championship Golf Course, just four miles away. Lake Almanor is a private Country Club with a staffed gated entrance.
Incredible views off the back deck, across two fairways, with the lake and mountains in the background. House is close to both recreation areas. Amenities include seven tennis courts, basketball courts, two boat launches, two recreation areas with barbeques and picnic tables,and a bandshell for performing arts programs.
Lake Almanor is known for water sports and fishing. Jet skis and boats are permitted on the lake and are available for rental nearby. Afternoon lake breezes make it fun to go sailing. There are excellent fly and troll fishing in the lake and surrounding rivers and streams. Hiking, backpacking, and horseback riding are locally available also. The surrounding forest provides miles of mountain biking, ATV, and four wheel drive opportunities.
Experience majestic Lassen Volcanic National Park only about 45 minutes away. Lassen offers snowshoe tours, backcountry skiing,and cross country skiing.
Snowmobile rentals close to the Country Club along with endless places to ride.
Conveniently located about 8 miles from the Chester airport for fly in ease.

The Unique Benefits of this House
The house is in a great location on the golf course. The golf course is always in great condition, inexpensive and challenging. The tennis facility has lots of clinics for all ages and levels. If you like to hike you will love it. Lassen opened a new visitor center which is incredible and full of information. The days are not long enough!!
