Possible day trips include the Camargue, Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, the Luberon, the Pont du Gard, Nimes, Arles, hiking in the Alpilles Natural Park is close by. The summer arts and music festivals at Aix, Avignon and Orange are easily accessible.
