Wildflower 640 features an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with beautiful river rock fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and bright sunlight. The sliding glass doors located off the living room lead out onto a private deck with views of Bald Mountain and the Tennis Courts. A small stream also awaits you, which is a favorite of the ducks in the spring and autumn.
The fully stocked kitchen includes a flat top stove, dishwasher, and quaint breakfast bar perfect for preparing your favorite meals while still being part of the action.
The bedroom offers a calm retreat after a long day on the slopes. Warm mountain themed lines keep you in the spirit as you snuggle up to watch a movie on the flat screen TV.
Perfect for couples and small families, the queen-sized murphy bed located in the living room, can be easily tucked away during the daylight hours. The condo boasts 1.5 Baths, a great convenience when sharing with others. These baths, along with the kitchen, have been recently updated with new finishes bringing a sense of luxury to this cozy home away from home.
Additional creature comforts include 2 Flat screen TV’s with Cable and DVD Players, WiFi Internet, and 2 Stereo Systems with iPod docks.
The Wildflower 640 Condo is located in the heart of Sun Valley Resort and guests are invited to share convenient access to the resort’s amenities. The Sun Valley Olympic Pool, Jacuzzi Hot Tub, and Sauna are located just around the corner and are reached via a 2-minute walk. This condo is also located near the free Mountain Rides bus, which offers daily service to Baldy and Dollar Mountain and downtown Ketchum.

We have stayed at other condos....this one is the best. Very clean, well furnished, great location. Especially appreciated the comfy bed and lots of towels. It was easy to make all the arrangements. Nice Christmas vocation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

My fiance and I travel to Sun Valley every year and are getting married there this year. This is by far the best place we have stayed! The location is ideal, the accomodations are excellent, and the price unbeatable. And so easy to book! We will definitely be staying here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My wife, dog Rocky and me had a wonderful vacation in Sun Valley. The only way to really enjoy Sun Valley is to stay in Sun Valley. The best way we have found is in a condo close to the Lodge and Village. Close walking distance to all the special things that make Sun Valley special. This well decorated deluxe condo at a reasonable price is the best place we have stayed. And we have been coming to Sun Valley for years.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners.

After planning our trip to Sun Valley for October, 2011, I started searching for a place to stay. We prefer condos when we travel. I came across the VRBO website and found this Wildflower condo. Looking at pictures on a website can be misleading. Sometimes the place looks much nicer than it really is. Fortunately for us, this was not the case. We were so happy to walk into this condo. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings, well-appointed kitchen, big fireplace, and a deck with a great view, including a pond right next to it with ducks relaxing in it. The location was also great for us because we wanted to be near the Sun Valley Jazz Festival, and it turned out to be within walking distance. We plan on coming back next year and will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
Owner response: It always pleases me when guests want to return the following year. I have a number of repeat guests. It is very colorful in the fall to watch the ducks enjoy the pond.

Year Purchased: 1996
About the owner: I fell in love with Sun Valley about 30 years ago when I moved here from California. I have since raised two boys and owned several businesses in the Sun Valley / Ketchum Area. Both my boys now live in New York City where I used to split my time, but have recently returned to Idaho full time and love being here. My Wildflower 640 Condo is special to me and will be special to anyone who stays in it.
Why the Owner Chose Sun Valley:
I bought the Wildflower 640 Condo with the intent of someday living in it full time. I love the convenient location to the walking village of Sun Valley Resort and the world-famous Sun Valley Lodge. The condo is also located one mile from downtown Ketchum which boasts restaurants and shopping.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Sun Valley is a beautiful community and resort. Unlike most other areas, there are no neon signs, and no fast food restaurants. It is pristine and unique. Winter offers something for everyone. Beginning skiers/snowboarders can learn on Dollar Mountain before heading over to challenging Bald Mountain. Non-skiers can enjoy the mountain by gondola and dining in mountain top restaurants. 100 km of trails offer a variety of experiences for the cross-country skier and snowshoer. All equipment is available to rent. An outdoor ice rink is fun for everyone. The Wildflower Condo is steps away from the Resort village and free bus to the mountain and nearby mining town of Ketchum. One time is never enough to visit this wonderful area.
