Wonderful location in Sea Pines with a heatable private pool, private in-ground hot tub, three large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and very comfortable, relaxing living areas. Our beautiful home is family friendly and has everything to make your vacation PERFECT!
The attention to details at our home make it different from many on the rental market. We thought of all the little things, such as TVs in each bedroom, ceiling fans in most rooms, large fluffy towels and high thread count sheets. The home was recently newly furnished with very comfortable and inviting furniture. Each bedroom has its own unique character and charm.
Our home is located at 43 Woodbine Place on a beautiful Lagoon in the world famous Sea Pines Resort. We are located only a short distance from the Atlantic Ocean,(5 minute bike ride) a ten minute bike ride from South Beach Marina, and a 20 minute bike ride or 5 minute car ride from Harbour Town. (made famous by the Heritage Golf Tournament)
Our home is on a secluded street with very little traffic and noise which helps make your vacation even better.
Our home is all on a single level facing the lagoon with lots of glass to make sure the splendid view is available from almost anywhere in the house. The private pool is perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days. For an additional charge the pool can be heated for year-round use. There are plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing and additional chairs by the lagoon for fishing. The pool and all the decking and amenities were added in 2003.
Our smoke-free home has a very open floor plan. All of the common rooms have ceramic tiles and the bedrooms have berber carpet. The carolina room has a queen sleeper that was purchased new in 2004 and sleeps very comfortably. All of the bedrooms have large comfortable king size beds and TVs and the yellow bedroom has a bunk bed in addition to the larger bed. There is even a portable crib for use when you have little ones with you.
Our home is perfect for a family vacation or time away with friends. Once you get there you will never want to leave!

The house is very clean, nicely decorated, up to date and properly maintained. We have stayed here several times over the years and have always had a great experience. The owners pay special attention to detail and want to provide their guest with a wonderful vacation. The location is the best in Sea Pines!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

we stayed in this lovely home in Sept. The home owners had everything you need for a great vacation. The location to the beach is really close. The pool and spa and grill were reallly nice too.They made you fell right at home.
