The four floor layout provides four bedrooms, located on three of the floors, with the second floor having an open plan consisting of kitchen, dining area, living room and screened porch. These are all located on one level. The townhouse is great for entertaining. The pool is located within the community. Two parking spaces are provided for your convenience.
This house has never been rented before and is our personal home. We would hope that anyone staying in the house would treat it as their own and return it in the same condition that it was presented.
