SPLASH is a one of a kind beach resort on over 400 feet of pristine gulf front on the west end of Panama City Beach, Florida. With over 27 miles of award-winning beaches, Panama City Beach Florida's beaches earn awards year after year from many sources including the Travel Channel, Southern Living, Expedia, and even Dr. Beach as one of the top US beach destinations. Panama City Beach's unique crystal white sand beaches and sparkling emerald green water are striking and many say the stretch of beach from Destin to Panama City Beach rival the world famous Caribbean beaches in their beauty. Throw in the pleasant year round temperatures and an average of over 319 days of sunshine per year, it is easy to see why Panama City Beach is a sun and fun seeker's dream.
The brand new Panama City Beach International Airport (ECP) opened, 2 years ago, provides an easy access to the condo. It is just 15 minutes away.
Accommodations: Condominium, 3 Bedrooms (KING, KING, QUEEN/QUEEN BUNK, QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA) and 3 full baths. That is room for 10! And, what makes this condo stands out from all others is that each bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico!
This ocean front condo has the perfect set up for one big family or two regular size families. The décor is upscale that gives you the feeling of home being away from home. There is plenty of space for all your beach stuff - but that is not why you will pick this condo. You pick it because of the views – yes, the spectacular view of the emerald green ocean and sugar white sand and sunrises and sunsets from the living room, dining room and the balcony of every bedroom. You will find this is just the place to enjoy your morning coffee, listen to the sound of the surf, smell the sea or catch the dolphins playing in the Gulf.
The LIVING ROOM sofa opens up into a queen sleeper. There are great seating and a large screen TV so that you can relax and enjoy a little entertainment when you are not at the beach, at the pool, or at Pier Park shopping and dining. The TV has all the cable channels. There is a DVD player that lets you play movies when you are “beached out” or the high speed wireless to let you stay connected.
The KITCHEN is open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you are cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches. The kitchen bar has bar chairs so you can grab a quick bite before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a big table so everyone can have a seat at the table. And, of course you will be able to gaze at the beach while you share stories of the day’s adventure.
The MASTER SUITE has a KING SIZE BED with its own private bath . You get great views and access to the balcony right here. There is another TV with a DVD player and the same cable package.
THE 2ND MASTER SUITE is a “lock out” that also has a KING SIZE BED and its own private bath. It has a little kitchenette so that if you bring along grandma and grandpa, they will have their own private space.
The THIRD BEDROOM has a QUEEN OVER QUEEN BUNK BED. That is plenty of room for the kids or you can put mom and dad on the bottom and the kids on top. It works either way. And, of course, there is a full bath for this bedroom too.
The LAUNDRY area is located within easy access to help keeping everyone in clean clothes as easy as a breeze.

Stayed here with my family on vacation. It was exactly as described and much more! The pictures are exactly how the place looks. It easily accommodated my family and I. Great views from all the windows! Never a dull moment, there is something to do for all ages. The kids have their kiddie pool and lazy river. The adults have the sunny beach. This is a place I would definitely come back to again. People are super friendly and you meet other great families. You have to walk a bit for the parking garage but that's the only drawback we had. I would recommend this to stay to anyone.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We stayed in this luxury corner oceanfront condo. It was as the pictures show--decorated beautifully and had all the amenities you need. The LR and DR have oceanfront views of the Gulf. Each BR has it's own private balcony and is great for watching the sunsets and dolphins and we did see them. We enjoyed walking on the white sandy beaches. The kitchen was fully equipped and a nice large DR. There are many attractions in the area, good shopping and great restaurants and shows and Pier Park nearby. Just ask anyone that's sitting in the hot tub with you. All very friendly and gave us good ideas on what to do. We will most definitely come back and stay in this condo again and would recommend it to our friends or relatives. The owners were very helpful in answering our questions. We had a GREAT VACATION here.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I came to this condo to stay with the kiddos during the week of 12/29. What a beautiful place! The condo looked just like the pictures, if not more spectacular. Everything was immaculate - from the floors to the couch cushions. The multiple views from the balcony were gorgeous, it was cold but we didn't care! It was so lovely to relax outside with a nice glass of wine and enjoy the sound of the waves. The kids loved the adjoining room because they had their privacy away from us. We would definitely recommend this when coming to Panama City, such a nice change from the run down hotel rooms you get for the same price! We will be back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
