Hello and thanks for previewing our home.
Our family vacation home is a 3-story house(1,000 sf/floor)located close to the intersection of Lucille Dr. and College Dr.(approx. 1/2 acre flat lot so kids can play outside). We are about a mile up the hill from Raley's Supermarket shopping center, 2 miles from Diamond Peak ski area, 2 miles from the beaches and the Hyatt Casino.

We have newly decorated and carpeted it with high quality "Mountain Lodge" style designer furnishings. We have put our TLC in making this an extremely comfortable, clean and attractive house for ourselves and our guests. We welcome responsible families who appreciate the care of our home and considerate of its contents, carpeting and our neighbors. (view lots of pics at web address: laketahoehome.shutterfly.

The 2nd floor contains all the living areas: The "Den" has a 36 inch TV(dvd/vcr), leather couch and 2 oversized leather chairs/ottoman's. The "Living Room" is highlighted by a river-rock gas fireplace. It also has a 36 inch TV; a chenille sofa, 2 leather swivel/rocker chairs, a unique driftwood/glass cocktail table and a tall moose-theme Bistro/Game Table made from copper with 4 stools.

The "Kitchen" has granite counters and new stainless appliances. There are 2 seperate countertop areas with 2 stools each for socializing in the kitchen or for the kids to eat.
The "Dining Area" is off the kitchen and seats 8
(we have a portable card table with 4 chairs stored for additional needs). The "Laundry Room" has full size washer/dryer.
There is a "half-bath" on this floor.

The 3rd floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master and one Guest room have King-size beds with large windows providing views of the mountains. Another guest room has 2 full-size beds. The last room has 2 sets(4 beds) of 'lodge-pole' bunk beds. All mattresses and bedding are new and high quality. The bathrooms are newly painted and new toilets.

The 1st floor has a studio-type apartment(one large 440 square feet) with full bathroom.

There is a large garage (though our SUV takes one side). The driveway is large and can park several cars.
We have bikes, sleds and just about everything to make your stay very comfortable and memorable.
