The villa, which has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, is beautifully furnished. This end-corner villa is 1,144 square feet with a 114 square foot spacious lanai overlooking a lush and serene greenbelt. It has a generous dining area and a spacious living room loaded with a leather sofa, recliners, and a large LCD TV equipped with high definition programming and a digital video recorder.

The master suite has a plush pillow top California King bed; the second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen television for your enjoyment. There is also cable television and internet service.
