This villa is brand new, built in September 2006, located in the Ko Olina Resort. Ko Olina is the internationally acclaimed private oceanfront and golf resort which offers some of the most pristine ocean frontage in the Hawaiian Islands. The resort is located on O'ahu’s Wai'anae Coast on the quiet leeward, or western, side of the island, in the best weather zone. The beautiful Wai’anae Coast is very much unspoiled "old Hawai’I" with incredibly pristine white sand beaches and spectacular sunsets. The grounds of the Ko Olina Resort & Marina were once a historic playground for royalty.

This is the place to enjoy your private, secluded, sandy, beach cove for basking in the sun, swimming, snorkeling, spotting whales and dolphins, or immersing yourself in a good book. The villa, which has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, is beautifully furnished. This end-corner villa is 1,144 square feet with a 114 square foot spacious lanai overlooking a lush and serene greenbelt. It has a generous dining area and a spacious living room loaded with a leather sofa, recliners, and a large LCD TV equipped with high definition programming and a digital video recorder.

The master suite has a plush pillow top California King bed; the second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen television for your enjoyment. There is also cable television and internet service.

  • The accommodation at your unit made the entire trip worthwhile. For the four of us it was spacious and luxurious and it was spotless and clean when we arrived. The facilities at Ko'Olina were very good, many resort amenities, beautiful beaches, great restaurants and the resort environment very relaxing, fun and enjoyable. It was everything I had hoped for in a vacation in Hawaii and more. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your unit. It made the increasingly hectic and stressful wedding preparations for my daughter all the more successful. I would definitely plan on staying at your unit again and will recommend it to my friends.

  • We had a fantastic time here! It was my first trip to Hawai'i and I don't believe it could have been any better. For anyone who loves nature - definitely check out the lagoons. The fact that these were so readily accessible and teeming with life - makes for the perfect place for beginner snorklers. We were absolutely amazed by the place and will definitely rent there again.

  • I LOOOOVE this place! I've rented a ton of times from VRBO and i've never been so happy with a rental and vendor! We rented this villa for our accomodations during our wedding week and we wanted something modern and comfortable - everything in the description and the photos were EXACTLY how it is. And with all the wedding planning stress, our contact Abe, made everything SO MUCH EASIER! Trisnadi by far was one of the best vendors we dealt with during our wedding planning. The whole team is such a pleasure to work with and they're so accomodating and really made our stay wonderful! The villa was beautiful, clean and we didn't want to leave! The location of this unit is awesome as well (and we loved the wireless connection!). Our friends and family who stopped by to visit my husband and I were so impressed with the villa. Its definitely a 5 star. I can't say enough wonderful things! We'll definitely be back and we've already referred Abe and Trisnadi to our friends and family. Thank you!!!   • Gorgeous villa located in truly one of the most beautiful spots on the island. Very clean and beautifully appointed - it was easy to make ourselves comfortably "at home" here. I was also glad to keep up with the laundry so I didn't have to spend a week doing it when we got home! The Trisnadi folks are great, and we wouldn't hesitate to rent one of their properties again.

  • This villa is BEAUTIFUL!! This was our first experience with VRBO and we were extremely pleased. The villa was far and above what we expected and Frans and his crew were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They were very patient and kind to answer all my questions. We will definitely rent from them again. We felt very safe in the gated community, the pool was gorgeous (although cold), the kitchen has everything you need and then some, our SUV fit in the garage, beautiful lagoons a short distance away, I could go on and on. A real home away from home. Good value! Don't hesitate to rent this one!!

  • This villa was more than my family and I expected. The decor was over the top and the amenities were first class. Much more at home feel than staying at a hotel. You can still feel connected to the world with the wireless router (if you bring your own laptop), and the fax machine came in handy when had the boarding passes faxed to us for our trip home. We will certainly reserve this for our next trip back to oahu.

  • We stayed at your unit with another couple, and we had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the leisurely walks to the lagoons and to Roy's Restaurant. The location was most convenient. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the unit. It felt like a 5 star hotel, but at a much greater value. I definitely plan to come back to Ko Olina and hope your unit is available again.

  • This was a wonderful condo-the location was excellent, the gated community was wonderful. Decor was top of the line with all appliances and extras included. Everything was positive-we will go back and lease from Trisnadi Group-deposit was returned quickly. We highly recommend this unit and group.
