This beach house is located on your very own Private Gulf beach on Manasota Key in Englewood, Florida. The sunsets are truly amazing. The house features two bedrooms, one king and one queen, and has two sleeper sofas. The house sleeps four to eight comfortably. We also have extra air mattresses. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully stocked. The linens and towels are new. There is a washer and dryer. We have two refrigerators, four TVs and two DVD players. We tiled the main living areas in July 2007. Great outdoor TIKI bar added July 2007. There is also a hot tub available for an additional fee at owners' discretion.
There is ample parking for at least three vehicles. The property is privately fenced on three sides and has totally unobstructed frontage on the Gulf of Mexico. We are one of very few private homes on Manasota Key that own the entire beachfront to the water. Relax in the hammock, search for the perfect shell, and feel the hot Florida sunshine as you relax on the beach.
Manasota Key is located between Sarasota (45 minutes) and Ft. Myers (75 minutes). Manasota Key is an island located over the bridge and intercoastal waterway from Englewood. Laid back and quiet, this island is reminiscent of "Old Florida." There are three public beaches and several restaurants. All the amenities of the city are easily accessible back across the bridge on the mainland. House address is 1180 Shoreview Drive.
