I had the distinct pleasure of renting a condo from Vancouver Extended stay for 4 days this week (at the Residences). The team of Susan, Doug and Natasha were a pleasure to work with and were more than accommodating for my entire stay. While I had more than ample opportunity to stay in a hotel for my stay, the price, the location, the custoner service delivered by this team and the facility itself made it a no brainer to rent from VES. When I come back to Vancouver, I would rent from them again in a heart beat vs. a hotel! Thank you!!

Excellent property! We spent a week at the 3 bedroom penthouse this past summer. The unit was clean, well furnished. Location was great, one block off Robson St. The view from the roof top balcony was beautiful. Check in was easy. Concierge was very friendly. Will be back for sure!

This place looks great online, but apartments were tired with old out dated furniture. A bit overpriced for what it is and the management team could do with some customer service training.

From check-in to check-out the process was very smooth and professional. Central city location was great for restaurants/shops etc in Robson St vicinity and standard of accommodation very good & spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. City views from apartment very spectacular. Would recommend as a great alternative to Hotel. Will defintely stay again.

We came to Vancouver for both business and pleasure. The condo was clean and in relatively good shape. The view from the living room, balcony and master bedroom was very nice. The other bedroom is quite small. The dining room is very small, does just accomodate four people. The office is tiny but we were able to squeeze the pack and play in there, and it worked just fine. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, etc. Families with little children should beware of the windows. They open up at about ankle level, are very easy to open, and none have a protective screen. The location was a big plus as it was within walking distance of a number of attractions. There is parking provided for an additional fee in the underground garage. Beware, the spaces are quite tight. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

Our five night stay was wonderful (family of four). Your unit is very large, nicely decorated, very clean and the views are just amazing! The building is in a great location for walking to restaurants, shops, the seawall and Stanley Island. We felt safe and secure with the access to the building itself. Parking in the building was a great plus, too. We enjoyed the breakfast room and den. The only thing I would warn families traveling with young children is the access to the balcony, the lock should be up high to keep young kids from trying to open the door. We were entirely impressed with our stay at this property. The condo was spacious and had stunning views. I am very finicky on cleanliness, and was actually surprised by how meticulous it was. We were greeted by a guest services manager who was so friendly and helpful. The location could not have been more ideal, and we look forward to our next stay here!

The apartment was ideal. The location was great, right off Robson in an area with many restaurants and shops. It also had wonderful mountain and water views and very nice furnishings. The building had nice amenities and good security.
