A 24 hour doorman is always on site as well as an on site dry-cleaner for those last minute emergencies.
We welcome those interested in everything from long weekend retreats to week long vacations to corporate rentals. This is a Non-Smoking unit and although we love pets, they are not allowed in the condominium.

Our endeavor started out with simply wanting a place to stay when we would visit and eventually use in retirement. We love Chicago and all the City has to offer...from great food, to world class shopping, to museums, architecture, sports, beaches...you name it and Chicago has it all.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The pool and the gym are great amenities in this building. We are still amazed every time we are sitting in an outdoor rooftop pool surrounded by skyscrapers. Our daughter loves the American Girl store and our son's favorite building is the old Water Tower. We saw the play musical Wicked in Chicago and it was awesome! If you want to eat out, you can walk to countless restaurants and if you want to eat in, you can stock up at Whole Foods just a block away. Shopping on Michigan Avenue is just a block away as well. It's an AMAZING location!

Mark and Ashley are a husband and wife team that have one foot planted firmly in Chicago. As a former Chicago resident for 10 years, Ashley has both friends and family in Chicago. We have two twin children who just started kindergarten this year! They both know that Dad's favorite building is the Hancock.
