I recently traveled to Chicago with friends & stayed at this condo for 4 nights. What a fantastic place! The condo was very nice & in such a perfect location. Suzie was wonderful to work with! Definitely will go back on my next visit to Chicago & would absolutely recommend this to all friends.

The condo is very convenient to great restaurants, trains, buses and of course shops. Highly recommend it. Suzie is superb to work with. Unfortunately one TV was not working and the other had snow flakes but the owners were kind enough to compensate for the inconvenience.

We come to Chicago at least once each year and rent a place for a long weekend. We were fortunate to find this condo available for the time we needed on short notice. The owners were extemely accommodating and gave us many more details about the condo, parking, and the building than we had recieved from prior rental owners. The owner and the place far exceed the others places we have booked with some large but very poorly run vacation rental management companies in Chicago...unfortunately we had to learn from experience. The two bedroom condo was perfect for us. We had 3 adults who used the bedrooms and two 4 year old daughters using the couch bed. This place is very well taken care of and the views are spectacular! We loved the location, one block off the heart of Michigan Avenue...it couldn't have been better. It made it so easy to walk everywhere...dinner, shopping, and entertainment. We are definately keeping this property as well as the owners website in our favorites list. There is no question that we will book with them again the next time we come to town.

THE VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR! The condo was a fun place to stay in, very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and we felt right at home. It is in a great location close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and site seeing. Between the El stops, cabs, and city buses, we had no problems getting around! Thanks Mark and Ashley we definitely will be back.

This property is perfectly described. The view is really something. Why would anyone stay in a hotel? Mark and Ashley were very attentive, and all dealings were handled with the utmost professionalism. If you like what you see, don't hesitate! Unfortunately, upon our arrival the weather wasn't cooperating. Thankfully this place is located within walking distance to many attractions. We sampled a couple of Chicago pizza's, toured the Navy Pier, and Millenium Park...All of which were within walking distance. The only time we needed transportation was to visit Wrigley Field to watch the Cubs lose 12-2. So, I guess you could say we had a classic Chicago visit.

We enjoyed our visit to this fablous condo with spectacular views. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out. We stayed in this condo while searching for a condo for purchase. Every place that we looked at was compared (often unfavorably) to the great building and unit we were staying in.

This location was great for us. Close to Michigan Avenue, close to restaurants and quick cab ride to Museums. Close to El stops if you want to venture North or South. Two very nice bedrooms which sleeps 4 beautifully, but plenty of room to pull out the sofa bed and have 2 more people sleep there. The kitchen was great and we ate breakfast and some lunches there. Lots of room and very comfortable.

Everyday my husband and 2 girls would wake up to a different view of downtown Chicago. We watched a snowstorm blow in over the Trump Tower and the sparks from the "El" flash. The condo is on a corner so you have south and western views - but also some north and eastern views too the way the windows stick out. On New Year's Eve we watched the fireworks on Navy Pier! The condo was quiet, well-equipped and clean, but the location is what makes it worth the money. It was so close to everything - Michigan Ave, State St., Chicago Ave. and the river. We had never been to Chicago before and we miss it and our "home" there already!

The view over Chicago is extraordinary beautiful, just one block from Mag Mile. Perfect for Shopping, because there is no car necessary. The apartment was very clean and very good furnished. The kitchen was full equiped. The pool area and barbecue area is great. We had a very good time and we recommend this apartment. If we will come back to Chicago we will definitely stay in t h i s apartment!

We rented this condo in August (6 of us) and we were very disappointed upon our arrival as the condo had not been cleaned (although we had already paid the cleaning fee), the window treatments looked as though someone had been hanging from them and there was significant water damage on the ceiling. In addition, we had to ask the doorman to help us open the front door of the condo as it was off alignment and we couldn't assess if it was the key, etc... but could not open the door. All of these issues, however, were nothing compared to the property owners level of service. He is very difficult to get hold of and I think in need of a property manager. The phone number is a recorded message indicating that they would return the call in 24 hours. This doesn't work when you are only in the facility for 3 to 4 days. Without these issues, I think that the location is excellent, the condo (while worn) is nice and hopefully with this comment, service will improve.
Owner response:We will refer you to the guest comment submitted not two weeks prior to this guests' stay. We responded to an initial phone call from the guest despite being on an airplane on our way back from Chicago. Our housekeeper responded quickly and the apartment was cleaned within 3 hours of check-in time. Subsequent calls to the guest were not returned until after they departed (staying their full reservation time period) at which point they demanded a refund or else they would submit a bad review. Clear extortion which has been brought to VRBO's attention. The minor issues mentioned were remediated to perfect condition immediately thereafter. Again, no mention of any of these items from the previous guest.

We were all very pleased with the condo unit. The view was stunning, especially at night. Had we not already had a full schedule planned for our trip, we would have been more than happy to spend our time staying in and relaxing. The accomodations {furniture and beds} were very comfortable. After spending a long day enjoying the town, we were all able to climb into the very comfortable beds and sleep like babies. We were lucky enough to experience late night thunderstorms on the 52nd floor and in combination with the night lights, in a word...AWESOME! Love the windows, love the color scheme, loved it all. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed in the 30 East Huron condo with another couple. It's a great location in a safe neighborhood near restaurants, grocery stores, Michigan Ave. and the Red Line. The condo is spacious, tastefully and comfortably decorated, and the views are remarkable. It was also very quiet - we never heard noise from the other units. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone visiting Chicago. Yolk is a great nearby restaurant for breakfast, but beware that the portions are huge. It's located on Wells Street - an approximate 10 minute walk. If you need to rent a car during your visit, an Enterprise location is close by at Chicago and State Streets. Alternately, cabs drive by all the time or you can catch a bus on Michigan Ave.

Nice corner apartment in a well kept building in the center of many attractions. Great views of the city. Wonderful location near many restaurants (Tempo Cafe for breakfast - excellent), shops, and Michigan Ave. Owner available for questions on check-in day but difficult to reach prior to stay. Although beautiful in photos, apartment a little worn and could use some cosmetic changes (e.g., paint, ceiling repair, new pillows). For the traveler interested in location, location, location, would definetly recommend this property.

Outstanding location. We walked everywhere including Michigan Avenue and other downtown attractions. Restaurants, Starbucks and Whole Foods were close by. The condo itself had fabulous views and the kitchen was beautiful and well-equipped. We also enjoyed the building's outside patio area in the evenings. The only drawback for us was having to leave the condo at 11 a.m. on the last day, and not having anywhere we could leave our bags.

We had a great week in Chicago! Our family had never visited this wonderful City. We have two children, 12 and 10. This apartment was soooo great! The location, the views. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The grocery stores only a block away, great restaurants within blocks. We walked everywhere, didn't even need a car. We have told everyone we know what a great place this was and how cool it was to have our "own" place on the 52nd floor! Real City living.

I enjoyed this condo in October while in town for the Chicago Marathon. It was absolutely PERFECT! There were 3 young adult couples for the long weekend and we were so comfortable. When we arrived, we did some shopping at Whole Foods to stock the fridge. This was so much better than a hotel. With two of us running the marathon, the location couldn't have been better. We were just 2 blocks from the L which took us straight to the starting line. And being 1.5 blocks from Michigan Ave was perfect for showing off the city to our first time Chicago visitors that were with us! The condo was very clean and accomadated the 6 of us nicely. For the price, this condo can't be beat!

Our group of four adults and two teenagers stayed for a week in July at 30 East Huron and we absolutely loved it! The condo was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean, and very comfortable for us all. The wonderful 52nd floor view made the nightly lightening storms our evening entertainment. We also made full use of the outside dining area, pool, and gym which were very pleasant and not at all crowded. The building’s proximity to all of Chicago’s sites, the “L”, and grocery stores couldn’t be beat. We’ll be back as Mark and Ashley truly have a “first class” act with the attention they give their clients and their awesome accommodations.

Our family of five was very comfortable in your lovely home. We overheard other visiting families comparing notes about the faults of their vacation homes--we had nothing to add! The views were great (especially watching thunderstorms roll in--very dramatic) and location was perfect. We were close enough to shopping that six-year-olds could haul their American Girl purchases back themselves. Thanks for everything.

There were 4 adults staying here during Memorial Day weekend. The location was the absolute best. We could see the fireworks right in front of us. WholeFood grocery store was about 2 blocks away and we spent alot of time here. We love to cook so the atmosphere for dinner looking over the city was awesome. We were so close to all the sites we wanted to see. We are from Florida so being in this high rise was an experience. We would recommend staying here. Again can't say it enough location location location.

What a tremendous stay we had at this beautiful condo! Magnificent sunsets, gorgeous views of downtown Chicago and ammenities galore. With plenty of space to relax and windows galore on this wonderful corner unit, it was enough to just sit, relax, and take in the views. But, all the best shopping and dozens of excellent restaurants are only steps away from this superb location. Don't bother with the rat race pace of downtown Chicago hotels. This is true luxury! We cannot say enough good things about this condo. The view was stunning and absolutely unbeatable. Trump Tower is directly in front of the windows in addition to the Wrigley Building (we always knew what time it was), Tribune, Sears Tower, Lake Michigan, etc. etc. We used to live in Chicago and feel this location was about as good as it gets. Our family of five slept very comfortably. This was the first time we rented a place on VRBO and Mark and Ashley made the experience outstanding.
